This stylish home is designed for comfort with an open and social layout, a gourmet kitchen, and 2 inviting bedrooms providing ample space for up to 7 to enjoy a comfortable stay. During the day enjoy the home’s prime location with a FREE shuttle bus stop a short walk from your door, Park City Mountain Resort base a 7-minute walk away, and the city life of Main Street just 1 mile away.

The Space:
This chic two-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is in a prime location in Park City, providing a great home base for both winter and summer adventures. Located just a half-flight of stairs up, when you enter the bright home, you will be greeted by a warm and stylish space that will make you feel right at home. The front door opens up to the living room where wood panel walls create a cozy mountain cabin charm and stylish decor adds an elegant flare to the space. Step inside after a busy day of adventures and unwind in the living room on the plush sectional sofa while you warm up by the electric fireplace situated in a beautiful stone hearth. Mounted above the fireplace is a 55” TV, making it comfortable to relax while watching a movie or favorite show.

Connected to the living room is the gourmet kitchen, a beautiful space the chef in your group is going to love cooking in! The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, stone tile floors, and a stylish lighting fixture. Cook your meals while enjoying the view over the surrounding trees, and when it is time to dig in, pull up a chair at the spacious kitchen bar where you will find 4 bar stools.

Down the hall from the kitchen, you will find two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first bedroom is the inviting master bedroom outfitted with a comfortable king-size bed, plush carpeting, matching nightstands, a dresser, and a mounted 43” smart TV. Next to the master bedroom is the second bedroom, a room that makes efficient use of its space with two bunk beds, a twin-over-twin, and a twin-over-queen, providing plenty of room for the rest of the group to share this space comfortably. Across from the two bedrooms is the bathroom, where you will find two separate vanities, one in the hallway next to the bathroom door, and the second inside the bathroom. Rounding out the bathroom is a bathtub/shower combo, so you can freshen up before tucking in for the night. For those looking to keep up with their workouts while on vacation, grab your workout gear and hop onto the Peloton bike, equipped with both slip-on and clip-in pedals.

A laundry room with a washer and dryer combo is available near the front door entrance next to the kitchen. There are free lighted tennis and pickleball courts in the complex, as well as city electric bikes available during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and one assigned parking spot in the parking lot in front of the home.

The Neighborhood:
This condo is the perfect launching pad to experience year-round mountain and outdoor adventures in Park City. The amazing location of the home places you a short walk to the base of Park City Mountain Resort, providing incredible access to the ski slopes. In the summer months, enjoy gondola rides to get some incredible views over the area, and be sure to check out the Park City Alpine Slide for a one-of-a-kind experience. Or, head over to the historic Main Street located just 1 mile away! Take a stroll along this charming area where you will have access to a wide range of eateries, breweries, museums, shopping, and other unique entertainment options. Enjoy a visit to the Park City Historical Museum to learn more about how this humble mining town transformed into an international vacation spot! Unlimited access to world-class ski resorts, hiking trails, local markets, and other unique festivities are at your fingertips.

Getting Around:
You and your group are going to love the location of this home! Located within walking distance of Park City Mountain Resort base, ski slopes, cafés, restaurants, grocery stores, and more, you can easily explore the area without having to get behind the wheel. Take advantage of Park City’s wonderful public transportation, where you can enjoy FREE rides taking you all over town and connecting you with the surrounding areas. A stop on the bus line is just a quick 5-minute walk away, where you will find the bus stop All Seasons ready to whisk you off to your next adventure. Park City Mountain Resort base is only one bus stop away from the home, quickly taking you to some of the best ski runs in Park City. Uber/Lyft are always available.

We had a girlfriend’s getaway here and it was great. There’s a Starbucks/grocery store/drug store right across the street, super convenient. The beds were comfortable, the couch was comfy (we were here to relax, lol), and downtown was a very quick drive away. Kitchen was well stocked (couldn’t find any hot pads but we made do and management has said they will fix it), overall we had a great time and would stay here again!

Appreciated the well stocked kitchen and the kids loved the bunk beds but otherwise, lots of negatives. The living room windows don't close all the way or lock; big security risk. The bathroom fan is broken. Our last night there the carbon monoxide alarm declared, "SYSTEM ERROR, PLEASE SEE MANUAL" at top volume. Unit is on a busy street so lots of road noise and headlights shining into the master at all hours of the night. Neighbors hammering during 'quiet hours.' Car parked in our designated space. Also, the numerous non-English speaking persons of all ages hanging around the common areas lead me to suspect a portion of this complex may be government housing of some sort.
