Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 700 Sq. Ft. cabin sits on 3 acres and offers views of the Hermosa Cliffs as well as privacy and seclusion, yet is only 10 minutes (6 miles) from Historic Downtown Durango and 20 minutes (20 miles) north to Purgatory Ski Resort.

The cabin was completely renovated in 2023 and features new furnishings as well and includes all the amenities expected from a luxury vacation rental (washer/dryer, AC, high speed WIFI, BBQ grill, fully stocked kitchen etc. etc.). There are also on property hiking trails that connect to national forest trails (hike out the back door).

The cabin is less then a 5 minute drive to the newly renovated Durango Hot Springs, Dalton Ranch Golf Club as well PJs Market and a great liquor store. Additionally it’s located on Country Road 203 know as one of the best road cycling routes in Durango with fresh asphalt, quiet country atmosphere and rides that extend to great destinations.

The home is not pet friendly. Please do not bring your pets.

Note there is another home that is vacation rental on the property that is approximately 40 yards away - there are no shared spaces.
