● As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely to provide you with the below protection. The cost of this protection has been included in your rental rate and fees and covers you for accidental damages during your stay. If your stay goes over 90 days, an addition $50 for 30 day block will be charged
● The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $1,500 of coverage for accidental contents damage and accidental property damage. The Trust and Safety Fee is refundable only if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. When checking out, please put all dirty dishes in dishwasher and start it. Collect all trash in the home and place it in the trash cans prior to check out. If trash and dishes are left out, additional cleaning charges may apply. All linens are washed off site so please do not start a load of washing. Please do not make beds or fold towels that you have used. Just leave them as is or throw them in a big pile and we will come and collect them.
