Clean, well equipped, perfect for 2 people. Host was very responsive. Only downside for us was street noise (trains!) and I am a light sleeper. But we had friends staying in a different place about 10 min north with the same issue, so it’s the entire neighborhood, not house specific… would stay again.

Fathers 77th Birthday - Thanksgiving Week

A clean beautiful rental located in the Arts District of historical downtown Melbourne. A very cozy unit that has a fold out bed in the living room, a decent size master bedroom with a large walk-in closet and a very nice bathroom with lots of fresh towels and linens. The private patio on the side is a relaxing place to enjoy listening to the breeze. I highly recommend this unit if you’re in the area and need to sleep 4 people.
