This chic 2-bedroom condo blends modern style with mountain comfort, offering an inviting home base for your Snowmass getaway. With clean lines, updated décor, and space for up to six guests, it's perfect for families or friends traveling together. The open great room features a sleek kitchen, stylish furnishings, and a cozy gas fireplace set in a light brick accent wall. Relax on the sofa or in one of the easy chairs while enjoying mountain views through the glass doors, or step outside to take in the fresh alpine air.

The modern kitchen is bright and well-equipped, featuring white cabinetry, full-sized stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware and dinnerware needed for in-unit dining. The spacious island offers seating for four, making casual meals easy and enjoyable.

Each bedroom provides a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. The primary suite includes a king bed, cozy sitting area, flatscreen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a separate vanity and a glass-and-tile shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds and its own TV, while a second full bathroom across the hall features a shower/tub combination. Additional guests can sleep comfortably on the foldout sofa in the living room.

Please note Timberline has no elevators, but assistance with luggage is available upon request. There is no A/C, though floor fans help keep the space cool. Pets are not permitted. Professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association, guests are greeted by friendly front desk staff at check-in, with bell service available for airport pickups and rides around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for a daily fee during ski season and is free in summer. For on-site dining, enjoy dinner at The Edge Restaurant and Bar during peak season.

Loved it!

This was our first time to Aspen. Everything was beautiful and the condo was perfect for our family of 4. It has been nicely renovated with chic furnishings and finish out. Check in was super easy. We will definitely recommend this unit to friends and book again in the future.

Great Property with a couple of issues

Overall, our stay here was great. The ski in/ski out location worked amazing! The condo itself was clean and well maintained. A couple of items that bothered us; the shower head in the master shower was awful. No pressure and it was extremely hard for me (a woman) to wash my hair. The guest shower didn’t have this problem. The sound carried a bit too much from the upstairs unit. We were woken up every morning at 5 or earlier by a crying baby. We could hear pretty much every footstep and their voices a little too well. Was a bit of downer on our trip, but I’m not sure there is really anything the owners can do about that. Lastly, the kitchen is stocked only so/so. As a VRBO owner, we try to keep a very well stocked kitchen. Guests really appreciate this. The unit is fairly small, but still was room for a few more item. Waffle iron, griddle, crock pot, seasonings, etc. All in all good trip and we enjoyed the stay!

Nice Condo

The condo was nice and comfortable with a great location. It’s a bit hard to unload the vehicles and schlep everything into the unit since you can’t park next to the unit. It would have been nice if there were some more pots with fitting lids and Tupperware for leftovers. Also some basic spices, cooking oil, foil etc would have been nice to have since there is a full kitchen. The complex is a bit noisy but didn’t bother us. Overall a good place to stay.

This condo is professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association. The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact during your stay. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for $18 per day in the winter (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner.
