5 bedroom/3.5 bathroom home with games room and private screened, south facing swimming pool. The Haven is situated on the popular resort of Cumbrian Lakes and has woodland views from its south facing private pool deck. This is a gated community only 10 minutes from Walt Disney World® Resort. This home sleeps 10 guests and is comfortably furnished offering a games room, free high-speed internet, gas grill, and private screened pool. Upon entering the home there is a formal dining room with relaxing reading area and beyond you will find a fully equipped kitchen with pots & pans, toaster, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, range, dishwasher etc. and breakfast nook.  The main family room has a large flat screen TV and overlooks the pool area and woodland beyond. Outside you will find a large south facing pool deck equipped with a gas grill, sunlounges and patio table with chairs perfect for alfresco dining and enjoying the fabulous climate that central Florida offers all year round. An additional half-bath to the 3.5 bathrooms within the home, is also accessible directly off the pool deck for guest convenience. The games room is located in the garage and is equipped with a foosball table and electronic basketball shooter game. The laundry room provides a washer and dryer and a good supply of towels and linens.  Guests also have access to the community playground and walking trails. Restaurants, grocery stores including a Walmart superstore, are just 5 minutes away. This is a non-smoking home. Pool / jacuzzi heat is optional and charged separately. Pets are welcome subject to the additional pet fee of $225 plus taxes.
