Lake Santa Fe Vacation Rental. Comfortable 3 bedroom Home with additional 1 bedroom Cabin Efficiency. The house has a very open living area with 3 bedrooms (all queen size), 1 inside full bath, and 1 bath with shower in the garage. The efficiency cabin adds another queen size bed and has a small kitchen and bath with shower. The cabin opens up to a dock/deck over the water.

The lakefront is great for swimming and relaxing with nice sandy beach, long dock, large oak, awesome view and privacy. Lake Santa Fe is 6000-acres of natural beauty, 9 miles long by 3 miles wide. The State of Florida has designated this as an outstanding waterway, ideal for fishing, swimming, and skiing. Close to University of Florida, Gainesville, in between the cities Melrose and Keystone Heights.

Great property! Great location! Very spacious house and guest house. Plenty of parking! We enjoy the backyard and swimming area the most, some days we never even get in the boats. We will always book here as long as we can!

Perfect Lake Rental for boaters

For boaters on a holiday this is the best rental on Lake SantaFe. A sheltered swimming area and multiple docks make this the perfect spot to play. The house is very nice inside, remodeled recently and was very comfortable even during some very hot days. The separate cottage is on the water and a favorite spot for everyone. We boat/swim/ski and there is ample room on site for trailers and toys to enjoy your stay. Everything worked and was comfortable. This is a great rental on a beautiful lake.

Could not have asked for anything better

We stayed for 30 days while our house was being remodeled. We enjoyed every minute. The house is beautiful, the lake is perfect, and the location is safe. If we didn’t live in the general area, we would definitely vacation at this house as often as possible. I highly recommend this vacation rental. Mike was awesome to deal with, the communication was timely, and you can see the pride in ownership.

The property, the setting and the community are old Florida at its best. The property is very well kept. The house is in very good shape, clean and appears to have been updated. The main house has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, the smaller of which is accessed through the attached garage. There are also washer/dryer units in the garage. The guest house is a spacious standalone with the remaining bed and bathroom, also well kept with its own efficiency kitchen with a full-size refrigerator. The property is on a beautiful clean lake with a well kept dock which overlooks the sunset. A sandy beach allows for easy entry for swimming. WiFi is fast. Air conditioners work well. Kitchen is well equipped. Living area is spacious and television is up to date. There's plenty of parking. The check-in instructions and suggestions were easy and straightforward..The restaurants in the cities surrounding the property offer very good food. There is a grocery store, just north and a liquor store and bait store just south of the property.For full disclosure, the checkout instructions were the most extensive I've experienced with vacation rentals. You may wish to avoid an early departure because of the time expected to prepare the house at checkout. Also, you may wish to look at the checkout instructions prior to renting. I'm sure you will fully enjoy this property as we did. It is more than just a place to stay for a long weekend. It in itself is truly a wonderful destination.

Cousin Fun on Lake Santa Fe

We were in the area for a family wedding. I chose this location because it looked like it would be appropriate for very young children up to 12 year olds. It certainly was perfect for them. Cousins staying in other rentals came to play in the lake, color, and play cards. This home was perfect for our weekend.

My family and I have rented this property multiple times over the past few years. Each time gets better and better. The house and cottage had been upgraded since our last visit and looks amazing. The owner was very easy to keep in contact with. We will definitely be back!

The property was so much more than the photos indicate. The view of the lake, the cypress trees and the house itself were fabulous. We were very comfortable, the common space was large and the kitchen well stocked. We are definitely coming back for more quality family time!!

Amazing location on the lake

The listing photos do not do the property justice. It’s beautiful property on Lake Santa Fe. We had an amazing time celebrating my wife’s 40th birthday there. I would without a doubt recommend it to anyone looking for a weekend get away on the lake.

Perfect for kids!

We really love this lake house. The open floor plan of the main house is great for everyone to be together and the little cottage works great for us with our toddler. The shallow swimming area is also great for young kids. Favorite family vacation every year!
