Right on the Bay on MM 92.5! The Condo faces the bay with beautiful views from both levels of the Condo and the beach. Absolutely wonderful sunsets! In walking distance to shopping and dining; Dairy Queen and Circle K right in front! Fully furnished, complete new kitchen. Coin laundry on premises. No dockage, but kayaks/paddle boards are allowed. No boats or trailers allowed. Pet friendly. Adjacent to Elks Lodge #1872, handy if you're a member. Available for 10 to 15 days. Parking available; no assigned spaces.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please turn the A/C up to 80 degrees.
Please turn the breaker off on the Hot Water Heater. The breaker box is on the wall to the kitchen.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets are not allowed on the beach. You are also expected to pick up poop and put in the dumpster. We have waste bags in the kitchen under the sink.
There is no assigned parking, however, the HOA asks that you park head in and don't use the first 3 parking spaces if you have a truck.
If you are an Elk, the Tavernier Lodge next door offers free kayaks and a boat ramp, and a dog run for your use.

Florida Keys at It's Best

The condo unit was exactly as described and pictured in the VRBO listing. The owners were excellent communicators who went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The nightly views of the sunset over the beach area with swaying palms were outstanding!

We absolutely loved our stay. With 2 levels of living space and balconies on each level, you could sit out close to the water. And watch the boats go by. We would love to come back some day.

Tavernier adventure

Nice property, beautiful view. Upon arrival lots of tufts of blonde dog hair on floors. I got the vacuum to clean it up. The vacuums battery does not stay charged long enough to use it throughout the condo. No heat, 2 nights were cold enough to need it.

Very quiet and enjoyable.

What makes this property unique

It’s a small condo community which many owners reside here full time. All are very friendly and helpful. Plus we are only 1 of 4 units that are directly on the bay, with balconies on both levels. Your view is of the beach and bay!
