Am a senior female native Austinite retired from Tx State Gov & registered with Employee Retirement System of TX (ERS). I very much like to travel, myself, and like to think I am turning over the unit in the same manner I like to receive one when gallivanting the world. I have been hosting short term rentals for about 10 yrs now and have two other rentals. The photo includes my son, who holds a graduate degree in interior design. He helped me to arrange unit contents. I take pride in my properties and do my utmost to check them out on a regular basis and keep them in good condition.

Why Lupe Gomez chose Central Austin
Condo is very cute with all amenities, a joy to experience and ideally located. It doesn't get much better than this. No one lives in unit full time so it is not cluttered with personal items, but still equipped to give a home feel to it. The balcony & Six windows offer great views. The wooden floors and unit's pristine condition are appealing, not to mention the clean and comfortable bed. Much love and attention is invested in unit by owners. The location is in a neighborhood with much character; neighbors and residents are friendly. Hyde Park is considered a desirable area of Austin, centrally located to downtown and UTA. I am available at all times, should a concern develop, or if guests have any questions. Many establishments within walking distance, live theater, too.
What makes this Condo unique
VIEWS, LOCATION, PARKING. Great views from inside and out. Centrally located, assigned covered parking (though a car is not necessarily needed given). Unlimited wifi; full cable tv. Italian leather sofa. Electric fireplace.. Research has convinced me that there is not a better property of this kind for the rate we ask. Community park/pool & tennis court is nearby (Shipe Park). Please excuse a few notes posted around unit meant to avoid mishaps &to help manage unit. Thank you for understanding. Many businesses, ie, boutiques, pizza parlors, coffee shops, grocery stores,, spas, parks, and almost any type of business is relatively close. Friendly neighborhood with great appeal. We try to be flexible with check in and check out times, so long as it can be worked around other tenants hecking in or out.

This is a great location with everything you need. Would definitely stay there again.
Great accommodation in Austin
I stayed at Lupe's apartment late April / early May 2019.
Lupe was quick to respond to messages before my stay and helpful in her replies to my enquiries.
The apartment was very clean and well equipped, with instant hot water in the kitchen and bathroom. Ceiling fans in both the lounge area and bedroom kept the apartment cool. Parking was great and there were always spaces available. A very comfortable bed and no noise at all from neighbours.
Wheatsville (grocery store) is a 15 minute walk away, or Natural Grocers around the same time in the opposite direction. It was wonderful to be able to have breakfast on the balcony in the sun!
I will have no hesitation in booking this apartment again when I next visit Austin.

Beautifully located, Thoughtfully run
Beautifully and thoughtfully furnished--the bed is a delight--Lupe Gomez provided so many amenities. I am hoping to return soon.

Great weekend getaway
This rental is a great place for a couple or small family. Very close to everything you want to be near in Austin. Location is great, you are within walking distance to a number of food and bar options. Also it's a quick ride to downtown Austin and centrally located just north of campus. Easy to find and access the unit. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Lupe was easy to contact for any issues. Overall it was a great weekend in Austin.
Austin is a vibrant city with just about anything a bustling city holds. And, near the beautiful Hill County. There is much to explore. The unit is within walking distance of UT, which is a leading university with lots of things to do and see. It is easy to get to the condo from airport (ie city bus, shuttle or taxi). Public Community park/poo (Shipe Park) on 4400 Ave G, and easy walk or direct bus transport.
