Hyde park is one of the most coveted neighborhoods in austin. You'll be right in the middle of central austin next to all of the exciting attractions, but also be in one of the quietest locations. The large trees and many historic homes make this a great place to walk, jog, or bike around at any time of the day. Walk a few blocks and you can be having breakfast at quack's, one of the best locations in austin for coffee and cupcakes, or eating at any of the several restaurants nearby (asti, mother's case, julio's, hyde park bar and grill), take a walk to the local park and enjoy tennis, basketball, swimming, or playground for the kids, or even to a local museum. Don't want to walk or bike? The bus route is one block away and will take you almost anywhere in the city for $1 each way!
We are family friendly and can accommodate children 5 years old or older. Total of 2 people includes any children.

Vintage, immaculately clean place.
Clean and comfortable
Good location near restaurants and grocery.
Older and cute house in a quaint neighborhood
Extremely clean, enough storage space and everything nicely organized. Not too close to the city center but a nice refuge from all the hustle and bustle, especially during SXSW.
Lovely, clean, convenient rental in a great neighborhood
This cute remodel of a historic duplex is cozy, comfortable, and perfectly located in central Austin for enjoying all the vibrant city has to offer. Pete manages an maintains the property immaculately and is very responsive an easy to communicate with.
Communication with Pete was great. Property was as described. Loved the location
Though parts of the unit show their age, everything was clean and kitchen necessities thoughtfully supplied. The bed was the best and neighborhood quiet. We loved walking Hyde Park and found two nearby favorite restaurants, Snooze and Picnik.
One thing to note. If you have trouble climbing up into the tub for a shower, this may not be the place for you.
Overall, great experience with property and manager.
Hyde Park beauty
Clean, quiet, convenient spot in Hyde Park. Pete did a nice job of communicating with us pre-trip. Everything fell into place and was stress-free.
