Located on a quiet cul du sac you’ll find this Spanish Colonial style two story home. Park you car in the 2 car garage and head to the massive front door. Upon entering, you’ll find an impressive foyer with an incredible custom stained glass window. The downstairs great room features a gas fireplace and 60” HD smart TV with surround sound Gigabit Fiber with 5G wireless. There is also a large dining room with seating for 8 and seating for 4 at the kitchen island. The gourmet kitchen features a 5 burner Viking cook top, wall oven and a stunning hammered copper sink. Kitchen remodel with quartz counter tops with Mexican tile back splash. There is also a large side by side refrigerator and filtered water. This room has it all including: a gas fireplace, a seating area with dual recliners and lovely chaise, a massive 4 poster queen size beds with luxurious linens., large flat screen TV, surround sound, and a mini kitchen complete with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The well appointed en suite bath features a private water closet, dual sinks, a walk-in shower with multiple shower heads and lovely views. There is also a large walk-in closet.

Exit through the double French doors to find a wonderful balcony with views of Piestewaw Peak and the surrounding area. Zero gravity recliners offer a great spot to relax and enjoy the view. Walk down the spiral stairs and you’ll find a convenient outdoor bath with a shower and urinal. Continue down the tile laid bath to find an outdoor wok, and BBQ grill located next to a charming and private covered patio with a French door to the kitchen. Turn around and head back to the tropical back yard and you will find a pool area that rivals many fancy resorts. The 30’ play pool features steps on both ends and is self cleaning. Above the pool is a huge hot tub and a great fountain which pours water into the pool. Fenced yard with tall vegetation makes it perfect for skinny dipping and the outdoor shower is secluded for a nice warm rinse. Charming lighting and outdoor speakers add to the resort feel. There is also a small fenced dog run for small dogs and a convenient doggie door.
