Enjoy lake views from your private balcony at this three-bedroom, two-bath Osage Beach condo, with a full kitchen, electric fireplace and dedicated bunk room. The shared outdoor pool is seasonal, April through September, subject to community operating dates and hours.

SHARED POOL
Guests have access to the community's shared seasonal outdoor pool and water slide, open seasonally April through September. The pool is not private, and availability, opening dates, hours, and slide operation are controlled by the community and may vary.

Restaurants, shops, boat rentals, and other Osage Beach attractions are within convenient reach.

IMPORTANT POLICIES
• No pets are permitted. Violations may result in a $200 fee.
• No indoor smoking; violations may result in a $250 fee.
• Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and standard check-out is 10:00 AM.
• Approved early check-in is $15 per hour; approved late check-out is $20 per hour. Requests are subject to housekeeping availability.
• Unauthorized late check-out may result in a $50 fee.
• Stays of 21 nights or longer incur a $50 long-term cleaning fee.
• Returned belongings incur a $25 handling fee plus shipping.
• A starter supply of toiletries and paper goods is provided; guests should plan to replenish supplies during longer stays.

Perfect spot in Osage Beach

We loved this condo- just a couple miles into down, very nice drive. Family friendly, very clean- perfect spot to see & walk to the pool and dock to fish. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean. We liked the close access to the pool. The view from the balcony was wonderful. The dining room table was big and great for eating at or playing games. The unit was nicely decorated. It was convenient having a washer and dryer, too.

Winter Getaway

We enjoyed a short getaway to this lovely condo on the lake. It was clean and well supplied with all that we needed. The gas fireplace did not work, but everything else was terrific!
