Parkview Bay Condo 542, beautiful spacious clean condo.

Premier 4th floor condo at Parkview Bay featuring 3-bedrooms, 3 full baths condo in Osage Beach, MO at Parkview Bay. Newer living area furniture with flat screen TV. Free WIFI! Very comfortable condo that overlooks the lake and state park across the water. This is a beautiful, clean family condo #542 at Parkview Bay, two full bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the main floor, large loft upstairs features the 3rd bedroom and includes a third full bath. Beds consist of a King in master bedroom with adjoining master bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen with bathroom right across the hall.  Loft has 2 Queen size and 2 Twin size beds. All bedrooms have a TV. Decor is contemporary with overstuffed sofas in living room. The living room has sliding doors opening onto deck which overlooks the lake and one of our three pools. Boat slips are very close. The living room features a large flat screen cable tv for your family enjoyment on the main floor. The deck has deck furniture seating 4-6 to enjoy a meal on the deck, your morning coffee or evening cocktail as you enjoy the peacefulness of the lake. Due to the new Osage Beach fire code open flame grills that use individual propane tanks are no longer allowed on the decks of a condo. The owners are looking into another option but at this time this condo does not have a grill on the deck. The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker and range. Condo also has a washer and dryer. This condo is perfect for one or two families with kids. Loft is a great area for kids to play games and adults can gather on the main floor! We also offer 5 other condos for rent in the buildings next to or nearby to this one, making it ideal for family reunions or groups wanting to be close together! FREE WIFI! 3 outdoor pools. Located in the heart of Osage Beach where you have access to many restaurants, bar and grills, shopping, Bagnell Dam tourist area, golfing, lakefront restaurants/bars with swimming pools, etc. This condo has occupancy for 8.

Oct-May Longterm rentals, perfect for Travel Nurses or other Medical Personnel for 3-6 month stays. Very close to hospital!!

July weekend

Was familiar with similar condos at the Lake - liked the layout, furnishings and number of bathrooms. The loft bedroom was warm - would be nice to be able to set the thermostat a few degrees lower (than 72) or at least have a floor fan or two available. Also, the teenagers complained a little about the queen sized beds in the loft. But it is hard to please them at times. Overall, very happy with the property and our stay.

Condo 645 Parkview Bay has many extras which include a large loft and quiet sleeping area, two condos next door for groups or families vacationing together!

Why they chose this property

The Towers and Parkview Bay are both well maintained properties that are both maintenance free exteriors, so the esthetics are great! The lakefront decks are concrete. The location is ideal for all vacationers. We are within 12 minutes of several golf courses. Dining and lakefront restaurants are within a mile of complex by water. Boat rentals are very close, and we have boat slip rentals if you will be bringing your own boat. The waterpark, antiquing, hiking, horseback riding and cave adventures are in the area and close. Grocery and liquor stores are abundant in Osage Beach and are all within a 5 minute drive. Our Passover Road is paved and lighted and we are one mile from the Highway 54 exit, and the outlet mall.
