This property had everything we were looking for. We were a family of nine traveling with four young adults and a preschooler. There was plenty of space to spread out. Everyone enjoyed having their own room and bathroom. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and ramada. Loved having morning coffee on top of the casita. Scenery around the house is beautiful. Also, the host was very responsive and easy to deal with which made the experience even more pleasant. Would highly recommend.
the hot tub can be manually adjusted for heat....104 was perfect. The pool was heated, it costs a little extra but if you have ever swam in a cold pool, you will pay it.

We rented this beautiful home to enjoy the pool and hot tub, unfortunately neither of them worked. Pool was cold when we paid for heat. Hot tub was cold or empty, when it should have been usable as advertised.
The issue we had was with the hot tub. I was very upfront with the property manager that operation of the hot tub was very important to us. He was good at communicating but couldn’t not or would not fix the problem. The biggest issue was that the hot tub would only heat to 99-100 even though the thermostat was set at 103-104. Additionally the hot tub would empty around 6:30-7 in the morning on it own and after filing it would take 1-2 hours to re-heat. That’s a problem when you specifically ask for it to heated and operable by 7 in the morning. There were also light bulbs out in closets and bedside lamps.
We just came back from a lovely stay at this property. We were in Arizona for my son’s soccer tournament in Phoenix/Scottsdale and the location of the house was perfect, as it was no more than 10-15 minutes to the fields. There were also lots of restaurants near the property but the house was away from the chaos of the business district. In fact, the house is in a really quiet part of town.
As for the house, we were pleasantly surprised by the layout and all the amenities in the house, which had everything we needed. The master suite is on one side of the house while the other bedrooms are in another. Since we were only a party of 2, we obviously didn’t need all the space but I can see how spacious the house would be for more families or people. The casita, by the pool, which is self-contained with a bedroom, bathroom and living room, was really cool as well.
The sofa in the living room was awesome with reclining function with a press of a button. It was so comfortable. The tv had all the usual streaming apps.
The backyard is the central piece of the property with a big pool, a slide, a spa and plenty of space for outdoor activities. The pictures don’t do justice. The owner made sure the guests have a good time outside. The little contained cabana space next to the pool with a sofa and tv was really comfortable as well.
All in all, I would absolutely recommend this house and I’m looking forward to returning here soon!
