This condo has everything you need. The upstairs loft has a new king size bed and an attached half bath. There is lots of armoire and closet space for your luggage so you can feel right at home.

There is a full kitchen with all the necessities to cook a great meal while you watch the snow fall and enjoy a fire in the fireplace. The kitchen is open to the dining area and living room allowing everyone to stay connected when relaxing downstairs. The dinette seats four while the living room has a pull-out couch which provides additional sleeping. The couch is comfy and spacious so you can enjoy your favorite movie on the flat screen TV or a good book. There is satellite service in the condo with many TV options so you can stay up on your favorite shows or current events.

The downstairs bathroom has everything you need and a lot of space for you to get ready for the day. The bathroom has a large vanity with two sinks, and an over-sized jetted tub with shower!

This condo at Cascade Village is only 1.6 miles from Purgatory (Durango Mountain Resort).
