This spacious nearly 2000 square foot home has it all. Primary sleeping quarters are well separated from guest bedrooms and bathroom. Enjoy the sunshine and expanded Lanai with a brand new attached screen room (birdcage) fitted with beautiful luxury patio furniture and fire table, with views of the Hemingway Championship Golf Course. Evenings are perfect sitting around the fire in the peaceful neighborhood situated at the end of a cul-de-sac.
Furnishings are plentiful and we have all the necessary and beyond, for your culinary desires. Every bedroom is equipped with new mattresses and beautiful and functional plantation blinds for blocking out daylight.
Explore the many miles of golf cart paths traveling to the Squares for nightly entertainment, shopping and dining out, in this 55+ active community, all within driving distance in a Yamaha gas golf cart, included for your transportation around The Villages... which is a must!

Wonderful place to stay to enjoy the villages!

We had a fantastic stay here! The house was well organized, fantastically equipped, and very clean and tidy. The location was perfect, close to town squares and rec center. Owner was quick to respond when we had any questions. we will definitely be back!

Beautiful and clean home

This home was exactly as described. It had everything you could want and the owner always responded in a friendly and timely manner and was kind enough to have coffee, shampoo etc to get you started the first couple days. Beds were comfortable too! Would definitely recommend this house!!

Excellent Choice

The house was really beautiful and comfortable for our family. Very clean, spacious and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The owner communicated detailed information regarding check-in/check-out procedures. Although we only used the golf cart for a short ride, it could be very useful. The Villages offer so many activities; the squares are amazing, and the location is central to beaches and closer to some great places to visit (An exciting different experience for us was the Equestrian Center at Ocala). Be ready for the round-abouts!
