Great Location

Felt like staying in a hotel! They brought fresh towels and came to gather trash every day. Room is booked through the resort so access to all amenities and a wristband for entry into room which was great for the kids.

Short family stay

Location is great. Love the different options available- the pools, lazy river, hot tub, and beach. Check in could have been better. I went early to see if the room was available, the person at the front desk told me they would call when it was ready, they never did. I waited and called 30 mins after regular check in time to be told it was ready but their system didnā€™t get notified. They also told me we were located at another building, that wasn't oceanfront (Dunes building), I had to tell them I specifically booked the oceanfront listing here. The condo could have been cleaner, on arrival I found large crumbs of teddy grahams and what looked like chewed up gum on the floor. For a 2 bedroom to fit 10 people, there also wasn't very many pots/dishes/cutlery available. Staff was responsive. Overall, I would book this specific room again.
