About this property

Cozy contemporary home located inside a private gated community (A Pocono Country Place) consisting of 4 private bedrooms and 2 full baths. Community offers access to 4 swimming pools, playgrounds, paddle boats, mini golf, basketball, & tennis courts. Located in the heart of the Poconos there are additional opportunities for entertainment within a close proximity that includes water parks, skiing, snow tubing, recreational parks, hiking, fishing, biking, shopping, fine dining, NASCAR & casinos.

All beds have new mattresses with fresh linens. Working air conditioners are installed in every bedroom seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Guest passes provide access to paddle boat rentals and access to all 4 pools. (Guest passes are not required for all other amenities).

** Guest passes may be obtained directly at the pool for a fee of $12 per person, per day.

***The community has a newly adopted policy which requires all guests to obtain a purple pass at the gate, prior to using the community swimming pools. If you plan to use the swimming pools during your stay, please make sure you get one at the gate when presenting your license and registration. The purple pool pass provided at the gate must be presented at the swimming pools to purchase passes.

**Seasonal outdoor swimming pool is open from Memorial Day until Labor Day. POOL HOURS ARE FROM 11:00AM-7:00PM. Pools will be open daily from Memorial Day until Labor Day.

**Tennis/basketball courts, shuffleboard, private lake beach, and boating is available May-August.

OUTDOOR LIVING: A patio/deck w/ gas grill, picnic table, and fire pit.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics, drip coffee maker, dishware/flatware, full knife set, pots, pans, blender, tea kettle, microwave, and stainless steel appliances.

GENERAL: Free WiFi, complimentary hand soap, shampoo, body wash, linens/towels, trash bags, paper towels, heating & cooling, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods.

PARKING: Driveway (Unlimited but must get free parking pass at Community Entrance)

2024 Winter Weekend Away

We had a GREAT weekend. The location is close to many attractions. We enjoyed the game room, the outside fire pit, and playing games in the kitchen. There was plenty of space for all us. We will book again!

Comfy and family friendly

Everyone was very comfortable and content with the house. The gas chimney and the electric living room warmer was a huge plus. The game room was very fun, also provided board games, and smart tvs. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped with everything we needed. We were a group of 13 people, stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, and we cooked every day for breakfast and dinner. We did bring additional large pots and pans to cook for such a large group, but did provide enough pots, pans, and dishware for normal use. Since we were a large group, hot water did run out from time to time, but bearable. Overall, very pleased with the entire stay. Manager/owner was very attentive to our needs/concerns throughout our stay and responded promptly to messages. Thank you!

Highly recommended

The owner was always prompt with his responses in case of anything you need and great service overall. The property is also very nice and convenient to nearby restaurants and attractions. Loved the idea of the game room so even the kids can have fun !
