Welcome to High-Jinks at OIB!

Welcome to High-Jinks at Ocean Isle Beach!  Our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo at Starboard by the Sea is newly renovated with a comfortable, open floor plan the whole family can enjoy.  Fully updated bathrooms, a stocked kitchen, and an adorable coffee bar make up just a few of the amenities available in this awesome vacation home-away-from-home.  This 1st floor unit is just steps away from Jinks Creek's famous sunsets and a short walk or golf cart ride to a private beach access with an ocean-front pool.  With a fishing pier, kayak dock, boardwalk, tennis courts and 3 different pools, there is no shortage of activities for everyone in your group!  After a day in the sun, enjoy the relaxing pond view from your covered balcony or binge your favorite shows on any of the smart TVs inside.  The condo sleeps 8 and comes with 2 parking spaces and ground level storage for your convenience. We do allow furry friends (with a deposit), and the condo is professionally cleaned with all surfaces sanitized prior to each new arrival. This is one of our favorite spots on the planet, we hope it becomes one of yours too.

Condo is in Starboard by the Sea, it has been completely updated and looks fantastic. We had six people and were extremely comfortable and enjoyed the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see.

Great condo on Ocean Isle

This condo is as described. It was well stocked (I brought extra towels, air fresheners, blankets etc that I always need when renting but did not here). The location was ideal. The sunsets on the sound were priceless. Easy walk to the beach. We fit us and our adult children and significant others easily. Would stay again. Only complaint would be to know the two bathrooms are located in two of the bedrooms and do not have access without going into those bedrooms. It was not a big deal for us. We rent from VRBO all of the time and this condo is in the top. Owners have made it feel like home during our stay. We even got a few family games of pickleball in on the court right outside. Again this condo is a 5 out of 5.
