Nice and clean

This place was very nice and clean but has lots of stairs. If you have difficulty with stairs this is not a good option. Both bathrooms are upstairs next to each bedroom. I would stay again if my knees allowed it.

Highly recommend! Great location, very clean

We loved our stay here! The location was close to everything on capital hill but still quiet. The house was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. We loved spending evenings up on the rooftop patio looking out over the city. Victoria was also extremely responsive, helpful, and flexible to our travel plans, which we really appreciated. It was not an issue for us, but a note for travelers with physical limitations that there are a ton of stairs in this house. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Seattle. Thanks, Victoria!

This apartment was good, extremely clean! The owners were easily available to communicate any problems with. They always responded in a timely manner. Also have a view of Mt. Rainer from the roof.

Nice but some suggestions

We stayed in 442, it was very clean and unique. Communications were good. Area was fun to be in, near Seatle University. We would suggest a couple of things be included with the rental. A TV and more amenities in the kitchen (can opener, wine opener, baking pans, colander). In the bedrooms either shelves or a small dresser for non hanging clothes. In the area where the couch is, maybe a table to place things on. From Apt 442 it is hard to see the mountains, but nice views of the overall area.

Double booked the property

Owner double booked the property for the second night of my two night stay. Only offered a studio apartment and a 4bd house that I would need to pay the difference for. Left us high and dry. Ruined our weekend. Condo itself is cheap. It's almost completely empty. No hand soap, only 4 cups, and minimal other utensils. "Bedrooms" need to be walked through to get to next level. No TV.

Nice and clean with simple decor

This place is a wonderful place to stay. It’s close to downtown. Really clean and minimalist. Easy check-in and check-out. The condo is on 4 floors. When you come in, you need to go up a flight to stairs to get the the kitchen/dinning and living room. Next floor up is the 2nd bedroom and bathroom and the main bedroom/ bathroom is on 3rd floor and the terrasse is on the 4th floor. You definitely get good cardio. There is a really good cafe at the corner called Pelaton cafe. Victoria answered all my question. Provided a map with the side of the streets where we could park. Check-in to see if we had any questions. A very pleasant stay and would book again.

Fine, but could use work

This property is very new which is nice. The space is clean and the location is great with easy access to great restaurants and bars. The property itself could use some work to make it more comfortable though. Its lacks a TV and patio furniture - both that were sitting in a box at the front door when we arrived. Also, the kitchen barely has anything in it aside from a few mugs and glasses. Some basics would be nice - bottle openers, some bowls, etc. Also, one dishtowel only. Additionally, the listing says check-out time is 12pm but then the evening before the property management company said it was 11am. We did not honour this change in time.
