The Space:
This cozy cottage is one of the last remaining original beach cottages at Richmond Beach. These cottages were built as weekend homes for the well-heeled of Seattle in the late 1800's. Folks would take the train up the coast from downtown Seattle in the days when there was still a train stop here, to get away from city life to the peaceful and beautiful views of Puget Sound which Richmond Beach is known and cherished for!

The cottage has been lovingly restored retaining its rich history, with the addition of comfortable modern amenities as well as a private deck for guests nested in mature bamboo landscaping with an outdoor dining table and mediation bench, there is additionally an old-fashioned front porch, complete with rocking chair, and overlooking a tranquil Koi Pond.

Moreover, Richmond Beach is an upscale and wonderfully quiet neighborhood, where long walks with water views are always a favorite -- you will surely have a fantastic time during your stay!

Guest Access:
* Guests will have access to the entire space.
* Guest parking is available.

Other Things to Note:
* There is no Washer/Dryer in this unit.
* Pets allowed with a refundable $200 deposit per pet.
* The bottom floor is a storage shed that the cleaner and owners use from time to time.
