The living room boasts comfortable furniture throughout and a large, wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV with streaming services. Just when you thought you'd miss your favorite series' season finale Seattle's Hidden Gem comes to the rescue! The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the essentials to surprise your guests (and even yourself) with mouth-watering meals and snacks during your stay. Feel free to use the free WiFi to look up that crazy recipe you've been dying to try. There is a convenient desk with jaw-dropping views of the city in case you need to work from home. The primary bedroom has a flatscreen TV and access to an en-suite full bath.

This gem of a retreat is within a short walking distance of the many restaurants and other attractions of Capitol Hill, the downtown core, the Seattle waterfront, First Hill, South Lake Union, and much more! The nearby Light Rail system can get you quickly to SeaTac Airport and all around the area!

Please note: Due to the historic nature of this building, you may encounter sounds and smells typical of older structures. The Elektra building features a boiler heating system typical of older buildings. While it provides warmth during your stay, you may experience some noise as it operates. These sounds are simply part of its story!

Several moldings were broken and pipes exposed in bathrooms. Curtains didn’t fully cover the windows. One of the stove burners doesn’t work. Great location downtown close to everything. Furniture was adequate for our adult family.

This apartment was very nice and in a great location!! It was a little warm because they use portable air conditioners without panels covering the open windows where they drain. But the apartment was clean and comfy and had a lot of nice features!

Beautiful space

I loved the condo, it was beautiful, relaxing, easy to get comfortable in. Parking is tight, so if you rent a car, make sure it's a compact.

Anniversary trip

This was an amazing place to stay in Seattle for an anniversary trip. As stated by other reviews, the carpet is extremely worn and stained. However, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again. Great location and loved spending time on the rooftop deck in the evening.

Nice apartment with great views

This apartment was comfy and had amazing views!! The kitchen and bathrooms were nicely furnished and clean. Parking can be tricky- up a hill and in a tiny and tight spot. And the apartment was pretty hot because the windows that had the portable air conditioners were not sealed up above the pipes going outside, so they only did a little bit of cooling. But still overall a nice, clean, reasonably priced apartment with amazing views of Seattle.

We loved the location of this place. It was near bus stops which made getting around easy. The view of the city was super nice and being able to go to the rooftop was a great time as well. The place was pretty clean and had a good amount of bathroom items. The only thing we thought was weird was that the place advertises being able to sleep 6 but then recommend having a compact car for parking. We were able to park with a big car but it was just a little stressful.

Great Location, Could Use Some Updates

We stayed here for my daughter’s volleyball tournament at the convention center, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient—just a short 5-minute walk to both buildings. We also really enjoyed the view and how easy it was to explore downtown Seattle from this spot.The condo itself could benefit from some updates, especially the kitchen appliances. The stove struggled to even boil water, which made cooking a challenge. With a bit of remodeling, this place has the potential to be a truly amazing stay.That said, we still had a great trip overall. The king-size bed was very comfortable, and the central location really made everything easy.

The location was outstanding. The carpet was very dirty and stained everywhere. The air-conditioning was not adequate. There was a coffee maker but no coffee pot. Generally the apartment was not well maintained. It was a very good size though. Next time U would stay in this building but not this unit which was 1410....avoid it!

This condo was located perfectly for parking our car in the designated space & walking most everywhere! It was an easy walk to the Space Needle & Pike Place Market as well as shops & restaurants downtown. However, we were disappointed in the general state of the condo which clearly needed some maintenance & TLC. The carpet was soiled in multiple areas with what looked like oil or grease & dirt. I feel like this carpet should be replaced if this condo is to be rented out as part of a company that boasts a VIP experience!

Neat location... older apartment

Overall very positive experiance. The host met us after hours and showed us around and was very polite and thourough. Apartment was neatly laid out. Ammenities as advertised. Internet was solid..a big plus. ROKU on all TVs..perfect for a chill day after travel. Only down side was carpet and furniture heavily worn, occasionally torn and stained. Some of it was antiqueish so it was expected to show wear but other was simply second hand. I understand if your hosting a lot but not what was expected. Im pretty tolerant so still a 4.5/5.

Disappointed

I have rented the place before for Christmas but this year was disappointing. No one reached out to me on the day of check in and had me and my kids outside in the lobby for hours before I had to find somewhere else to stay. And then the person reached out to me on the second day of my booking and let me in round 3 pm. So I really only got to stay for 1 day and being from out of town I just stayed because I paid $500 to stay. Terrible customer service and no one has gotten back with me yet to try and make things right 2 days after leaving.

We are generally easy to please in what we expect from a VRBO, but this unit did have quite a few issues. Our security code to enter the building didn't work the first evening so we had to wait for a tenant to let us in. Also, our credits for laundry didn't work. We could have received more careful instruction about which key fobs and entry cards were used where. We were given a very quick dash through the building showing us where everything was, but had to wing it afterwards as there was too much information and not time to process it. Also, although the unit met our needs as far as space and amenities, it was in very shabby condition and could use a major clean up. There were stains all over the carpet, molding chipped and missing on the walls, and in the hall bathroom the towel racks were missing except for the wall brackets. Generally very poor shape for a VRBO.
