YES the Boat is included* with your stay: 2022 SunTracker Pontoon (seats 10) — contract & safety briefing required; $500 refundable deposit; fuel not included. We have a truck/suburban available to rent if needed to tow the boat to and from the ramp w/ Marathon plates so you won't have to pay local ramp fees. After a day on the water, unwind in the private hot tub and enjoy easy access to dining, marinas, and Keys attractions.

Very accommodating

Very nice house in good neighborhood. Found lots of places to go check out. Close to a nice beach. Great food all around. Unforseen hot tub issue, but really tried hard to make it right. Would stay again.

Nice clean house

House is clean and a good size. Loved sitting out on the porch in the morning. With the use of the comfortable couch and air mattress it slept the 2 younger adults good. We had a total of 8. Garage with all the games was a hit. Neighborhood was quiet & close to 7 Mile Bridge. Good communication with owners. Would rent again

Homey House

My husband and i enjoyed are stay at this house! Colleen was very tentative and responsive to all my question. I loved all the small personal touches the house offered to make you feel at home. Comfy couch, fuzzy soft throw blankets, all the bacic kitchen appliances, utensils and pans. There were even soaps, lotions, cotton balls and Q-tips, toothbrushes etc. Just the small thing you may have forgotten or ran out off. I would stay in any house hosted by Colleen! Great location between the islands. Key West & Key Largo was an hour each way. You would not be disappointed with your stay!
