Verfügt über einen schönen Wohnbereich mit einem 51-Zoll-Fernseher, das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett, schöne Möbel, einen Flachbildfernseher und ein eigenes Bad. Mit einer brandneuen Dusche verfügt das zweite Schlafzimmer über 2 Queensize-Betten, schöne Möbel und eine Wohnung Bildschirm TV. XFinity Wi-Fi. Es gibt ein zweites Bad in voller Größe und eine neue Küche und Geräte. Great condo in OCMD

We have been staying at the pyramid for many years now and by far this was one of the nicest condos on site. Debbie was so easy to work with and always so responsive when needed— would definitely stay here again!

Great getaway with granddaughters

We had a quick overnight trip to OCMD with our 10 and 7 year old granddaughters. The girls were thrilled with Debbie’s place! It was clean, and felt like home. The pool was beautiful. And even though we arrived on a stormy day, and didn’t go in the ocean, we had a terrific time!

We enjoyed our stay at this property immensely. Debbie provided paper goods, towels and linens. We loved the enclosed balcony it gave us another enjoyable place to gather. My husband loved that we were on a lower level. The furniture on the enclosed balcony was very comfortable. The location was great for us, a short drive to Dewey in one direction and a short drive to the boardwalk and restaurants.

Good place, good location.

The place was a little dusty, but overall good. The Pyramid is a little run down and the stairwells and outside dirty. The location to the beach is great and the view is amazing. The price was a little high for the area and the size of the condo. During our stay, we had no problem social distancing from people on the beach and pool. Overall it was a good stay and the owner was very responsive to any request. Oh, and have cash for parking because they are not set up to take credit cards.

Excellence is Alive and Well

This oceanfront property is absolutely wonderful from convenience to amenities. The enthusiastic and welcoming landlady is without equal. She even has beach chairs - nice and comfy ones - for your use. The place is immaculately clean, including not only the unit but also the building. The TV in the living room is HUGE. The beach is steps away. The people staying here are nice. The only thing that was remotely award was checking the car in for parking. You have to go to a rental agency on site, and they were not open on Sunday and Monday during the time we were there. No big deal, but not as smooth-as-silk as everything else. We highly recommend this one, but please don't go when we want to go!

We had a wonderful experience this weekend! Our condo was beautifully decorated and generously appointed. We couldn’t have asked for more. The Check in and Check out process was clear and accurate. Very nice, beach themed condo at a great location with direct beach access. It would be better if there was a map to the office for check-in, as it was very confusing despite the detailed instructions. It was weird that the front office is not the place to check-in. Also, need to improve connectivity in the master bedroom, as the TV basically couldn't stream. Bath towels had an odd smell despite being clean. It seems the smell comes from the washer. Nevertheless, they and the condo were clean and an overall great place. Pool is great!

In 1999. our son was about ready to leave the house, my husband and I always vacation in Ocean City Md, we thought what a great Idea to own a property in Ocean City, so we originally bought a one bedroom in the Pyramid, its a rewarding project so we ended up getting additional units to be able to accommodate more guests, since I love interior design and my husband is very capable of helping accomplish most of the projects this investment property has been a focus of our spare time, we live in a small town in Pennsylvania but the change of scenery and temperatures make going to the beach to work on the properties fun. Our son now lives in Ocean City as well and helps manage the condo's when we are in Pa.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We shopped the real estate market to great lengths before we decided on the Pyramid, we like the fact that the units are all ocean front and that the balconies are large and private. The condo itself has a great layout for privacy and convenience. The building is a unique structure and currently an Ocean City landmark, the location is perfect, its near the action, but not in the middle of it. This Property is especially clean and beautifully decorated. Its just been entirely remodeled and the new decor is comfortable and accommodating.

The location of this unit creates easy access to the pool and private beach. Plus the views are very tropical. There is a grocery store across the street, a quick mart next door, 7 different restaurants within walking distance . A variety store is also right across the street, if you enjoy running I run from the Pyramid up around North side Park and back, that is close to a 5 mile run and a fun course.
