Our property features a 4,000 square foot shared patio with a large infinity pool and hot tub overlooking the breathtaking blue waters of the Caribbean. This spacious patio has many lounge chairs, tables and chairs and umbrellas to relax and read a book or soak up the sun.. A few steps away is one of the nicest beaches on the island with the most beautiful shades of turquoise colors you will ever see. Walk either direction and enjoy a quiet white sandy beach for miles.
This beautiful Villa is located in Moss Town, just minutes from the Exuma International Airport “GGT”

Our two story 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa features an ocean side wall of windows for a picture perfect view. There is a 12ft. X 30ft. ground level patio with outdoor table seating for 8, and outdoor lounge seating. The ground floor has an open floor plan with living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom with one twin size bed and one full size bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, wine fridge and microwave. There are many additional small appliances. In the Living room there are cabinets with a variety of books, games, puzzles and DVD’s available for your family to enjoy. There is also an additional cabinet stocked with a wide variety of plastic glasses/pitchers for the outdoor patio areas including, margarita, wine, martini, etc.

Upstairs includes a bathroom and three bedrooms. One King size primary suite with its own large bathroom featuring a walk-in shower with 9 shower heads, two sinks and a jacuzzi tub. The second upstairs bedroom is a guest primary with a King size bed. Both primaries are overlooking a stunning ocean view with access to an additional patio to enjoy a morning cup of coffee and/or watch the sunrise. The third upstairs bedroom has two bunkbeds, one with a full size bed on the bottom.

The Exumas are a group of over 365 Islands and Cays. We are located on Great Exuma, the largest of the Islands, (37 miles long). Exuma is a nature-based island with NO chain restaurants, shopping malls, night clubs or movie theaters. What it does have is incredibly clear blue waters perfect for snorkeling, boating and swimming! Immerse yourself in the Bahamian culture and enjoy the people, cuisine and wildlife.

A diverse Flora and Fauna can be found on land and sea; including sea turtles, coral reefs, sand dollars, dolphins, starfish, stingrays, and even the illusive Bahama Woodstar humming bird. Snorkeling is a must-do activity! If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life, this is the perfect place for you! Enjoy a fresh conch salad at Chat-n-Chill on Stocking Island, fresh grouper most everywhere or sweet spiney lobster at the world renowned Santana’s on Little Exuma. Don’t miss a half or full day boat excursion of the Exuma Cays that includes spots like Thunderball Grotto, the swimming pigs, Rock iguanas or swimming with sharks at Compass Cay.

IMPORTANT: Keep in mind this island is remote and "Island Time" can mean that repairs which require parts or specialist labor can take some extra time. We always do our best to keep everything running smoothly and make repairs as needed as quickly as can possibly be done! It is important to recognize, however, that some things are outside of our control and can take that extra time.

Internet and TV service can be unreliable. In the event of a power outage we have an on-site generator with a transfer switch that provides instant power.
