Spacious and well stocked. Beautifully decorated. Very noisy road traffic made hearing the ocean from the home impossible. The AC unit stopped working. We waited from tuesday til thursday before a man came out and could not fix it so they did install window units upstairs but we had already suffered two sleepless nights in the 80's.

Family vacation 2022

This was our first time renting a house and we took both my immediate family and my husbands for the week. We had the best time! Included in our people was my grandma. The house was super accessible for her to go to all floors and showering. Walk to the beach wasnt bad at all. The crows nest view was the greatest! This house also had the best water pressure for showering compared to other places we have stayed and several people could be showering at once in different bathrooms and it was still fine. Would definitely recommend and will be booking with them again!

Beach gang

Being able to travel and enjoy the beach again was awesome! This location fit so many of our needs. When we had a pesky wasp trying to share the deck with us, your guys were there quickly and searched out the decks to find the nest and took care of the problem. What a blessing.

The owners have added quite a few extras to make your stay enjoyable. The kitchen is stocked very well for those who will be cooking and/or entertaining. Another nice feature about this house is there are plenty of bathrooms! Like many other reviews have said the traffic is constant, but it is generally during the day. It was quiet and peaceful at night. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house

The house was very homie, well stocked, very well cleaned. It has a shower outside for when you come from the beach. It needs some tlc here and there but nothing major. We let the rental company know, so hopefully that won’t be an issue for anybody else. Location is great, many amenities and stores around. Beware that most places close at around 9 pm so plan accordingly. The only draw back was the sometimes busy street right in front of the house. Overall we had a great time.

Great house by the beach

The rooms were good size, the kitchen and dining room were great for our group. Just a wonderful house to rent! The railing going up to the crows nest needs work for safety reasons. We loved it!

Our week was wonderful, cumulatived by our children getting married.

Clean, spacious and across the street from the ocean. The elevator was an extra benefit. Would recommend this house to anyone needing an accommodation for a group up to 8 in the OBX area.

Felt comfortable like home, wanted to stay longer

List of top compliments about this property: comfy beds - (we slept well from the first night and every night), crow’s nest had an awesome view from deck on roof, large well stocked kitchen, elevator was absolutely helpful (we have a family member who cannot walk.) large spacious rooms, easy short walk across street to the beach, two very spacious decks facing the ocean view, the owner put much care and thought into thinking of every detail even two fridges plus small one in room off deck in the closet, (we didn’t use), two microwaves, 7 tv’s. Washer and dryer on ground level. Huge dining room table. We noticed the small throw carpets in bathrooms were not laundered (we washed them and then found new ones in the closet on the last day-haha.) We had to run the washer several times to wipe sand out, no problem it goes with being at the beach. The high traffic areas of carpet on the stairs and top floor traffic area going to the kitchen, carpet needed spot cleaning. All other carpets were fine. New vacuum cleaner needed. No complaints just suggestions It is a very quiet place. We would like to return again next year. You made it possible for us to have a wonderful vacation in your beautiful and comfortable property. We very much appreciate it. Very thankful!!!!
