A cosy neat place!

The property is very neat, clean, and well maintained. It has all the amenities one can ask for on vacation. The kitchen is well equipped, appliances are all functional, and come with operator manual. They even had bikes for the kids in the garage. We give this stay 5 stars!!

The house was excellent, beautiful, renovated, comfortable, and conveniently located. The bikes were a wonderful amenity which we used often to get to the beach. Loved the outdoor shower to rinse off before going indoors. Areca was wonderful, answered right away all our questions, and was super accommodating. We would come again!

Such a beautiful stay

My family and I decided to stay here for my daughter’s 16th birthday and it was such a pleasure to stay at this home. Areca was absolutely amazing and very quick to respond to any concerns we may had. Areca also has plenty of bikes, beach chairs, sand bucket and much more to use while you are there. The street is so peaceful and would definitely recommend this beautiful home

Perfection on the sound side

If you are looking for a clean, cozy well appointed home in a quiet neighborhood, this is the house for you! This wonderful OBX beach house is a great place to relax with quiet sunset views of the sound. In a great location with easy access to the beach and numerous great dining spots. With the beautiful photo’s throughout the home we loved the reminder that so much wildlife exists in the area. The outdoor shower was a real treat and the wrap around deck was a great place to enjoy our morning coffee as well as our sunset cocktails. We will definitely be back!

Clean and convenient

This is a wonderful property with an ideal location that was easily walkable to the sound where you could enjoy beautiful sunsets, as well as a quick drive to beach access with ample parking. As for the place, the owners have thought of everything. My son and I enjoyed playing corn hole, having beach chairs and boogie boards along with sea kayaks made traveling very easy. The kitchen is well stocked with all the pots pans plates glasses and utensils you need. The beds are comfortable and it was exceptionally clean. Looking forward to returning.

Graduation Get Away

Amazing! The place is gorgeous, immaculately cared for and impeccably well stocked. We were a group of 6 and had plenty of room. We cooked a wonderful meal and had all of the extras to make it special. The work area was great for my college kid who had to be in class and do homework. She loved it. We were close to the beaches and all the things we wanted to see. Sunrise on the beach brought the pleasant surprise of seeing dolphins and the horses on the beach were so fun. The host was pleasant, responsive, helpful and overall a delight. If we make it out to NC again we will definitely stay again. I need more than 5 stars, this place is that good.

Ideal Home away from Home

Fabulous in every way! This home is very new construction in a great, quiet location central to all activities, beach, shopping and restaurants. It is very well planned out so everyone has their own space as well as a lovely kitchen, dining and family room to gather and enjoy each other. Fully appointed with anything you could need, brand new appliances and very very clean. The outside shower was a pleasant plus. We spent many hours at the beach, just a short 3-4 min car ride away and we were always able to find parking and enjoyed evening bike rides along the Sound enjoying the sunset. Despite heavy traffic, given the location of this house, we were able to get anywhere in 30 min or less whether to Nags Head or up to Duck. Areca was excellent at communicating through the booking, arrival, stay and departure processes. Very responsive and had great recommendations. Top notch rental!

Beautiful home & excellent customer service

The property is gorgeous and aesthetically pleasing. Kitchen is fully equipped and the whole home is spotless. We arrived and discovered the HVAC was not working — the property manager was readily available and located a repair service within hours. Her sense of urgency ensured we had a great night sleep in perfectly air conditioned home.
