The house is beautiful with breathtaking views of the ocean; the kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need; the owner Ann and housekeeper Elizabeth were extremely accommodating which made our.family vacation a memorable one.

It was a magical place with a wonderful view. All the rooms were beautiful and the place was super clean. Enough towels and blankets for everyone. Saw dolphins in the water while sitting outside. Thank you Erika for watching over us while we stayed and thanks Cariann for allowing us to stay.

Incredible location. Wonderful house on an amazing lot. Pool, spa, and backyard were enjoyed extensively by our extended family which included 8 grandchildren ranging in ages from 6 months to 18 years old. Kari Ann was very responsive as questions came up during our stay. We had 5 different families and the property provided a great mix of places for us to get privacy but also to gather for meals or game night. Highly recommend it.

Both the view from the house, and the beach you can walk down a private flight of stairs to get to, are stunningly beautiful. The property manager, Kerri Ann, always responded immediately and was always very helpful; she is a pleasure to work with. The entire neighborhood is magical. I wish my family could live here!

Oceanfront Beauty

The property was beautiful and offered the comfort we needed to just relax by the ocean and take in the views. Had everything you would need or want. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would recommended if you have the opportunity to stay there.

Amazing Santa Barbara Family Reunion

This amazing hacienda is like the magical house in the Disney movie "Encanto". The host is over-the-top accommodating. Our five families, from toddlers to grandparents, had everything available for comfort and entertainment - from crib and toys to game room and TV's. The pool, hot tub, and fire pit provided hours of fun and conversation. The host even provided the fixings for S'mores!

All together again

16 of us and the house accommodated us all wonderfully. Beautiful location. God gave us beautiful weather for 4 days. Lots of great family time! Beach access a bit squirrelly and small with kelpy water but saw dolphins out in it a couple of days. Public beach close by and can head to beaches along Cabrillo Blvd. in Santa Barbara. Would do it all over again!!!

This house is beautiful. The view is even better. The house has a good combination of high-end and comfortable. We loved being able to walk down to the beach (but only for the able-bodied, as the stairs are tricky and plentiful). When we ran out of some supplies, Carrie made sure they were quickly replaced. We made s'mores with the s'mores supplies left for us. Nice touch. The house is conveniently located, close to everything we wanted to see in Santa Barbara. We did find a dead rat/varmit of some kind in the pool, but...that's nature for ya. Highly recommend.
