Tucked in the heart of Montecito, this comfortable and well-appointed home is all about location, ease, and relaxed coastal living. Bring the whole family to this Tropical Paradise with lots of space for entertaining. Enjoy a true indoor outdoor experience with a large sliding door that can fully transform your vacation space. Double doors downstairs lead outside with pool and jacuzzi, pool table, ping pong table, grass area, and bocce ball court in front yard. Just a short walk to Butterfly Beach, Upper Village & Coast Village Road for the best of Montecito shopping & dining. You will never want to leave!

When you walk into the property, the main floor is your living area and kitchen, with sliding doors that lead to the back patio and pool area. Downstairs there are 2 rooms with one queen bed in each and a full bathroom. There is also a living area with TV and a separate laundry room. There are french doors that lead to the downstairs outside grass area with a pool and ping pong table. Upstairs from the main floor there is a full bathroom with tub/shower combo on the top right. There are three rooms up here, one with a queen, one with a king, and one has a king bed with a full bathroom attached.

We had a family reunion in early January and had a wonderful time. The house was clean and well stocked. It had lots of seating to encourage conversations and a beautiful kitchen. This home has it all! Pool, ping pong, pool table, bocce ball, lovely bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, and large hot tub. We dined outdoors and had soothing evening sing-along time as the fire in the huge outdoor fireplace warmed us. One of the best features was the multiple conversation areas spread throught the house.

We had an incredible time at this property. The photos don’t do it justice! It’s bigger and better than they give it credit. The hot tub is hot; the pool is heated just enough. If you have a big group that needs a lot of common space then this is perfect for you.

Why they chose this property

Paul and Julie purchased this home in 2003. They spent five years doing renovations while living there! With an eye for design Paul fell in love with its potential. It was a long road to accomplishing everything he wanted to do but eventually they succeeded. Paul and Julie wanted to have others experience what they created and decided to Vacation Rental their home. They have met so many families that got to spend time here making memories and they hope to meet many more.

What makes this property unique

One of the best features of this home is the location. We are walking distance to Coast Village Road, Butterfly Beach and Vons supermarket. We are minutes to State Street and the Santa Barbara Zoo. We are a family owned and operated vacation rental. We take great pride in doing all the care ourselves.
