Welcome to your family's home away from home in beautiful Montecito. Designed for making memories, this 5 bedroom retreat comfortably accommodates large families looking for a fun California getaway. The backyard is where everyone naturally gathers. Spend sunny afternoons in the private 12' deep pool, relax in the hot tub after a day exploring Santa Barbara, challenge the family to bocce ball or ping pong tournaments, fire up the BBQ and enjoy long evenings together under the stars. Inside you will find many gathering spaces, a fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi_Fi, and everything needed for a relaxed vacation. We have been told many times that the house was so comfy some never left, everything they wanted was right there. Whether you're celebrating a family vacation, reunion, golf trip, graduation, or simply escaping for sunshine, this home offers the space, comfort, and amenities that bring everyone together.

Located close to the Santa Barbara Zoo, the beach, the pier, the restaurants, and a grocery store, this house was the perfect place to have a family vacation. The house had a pool, a hot tub, a billiards' table, and a ping pong table for on-site entertainment. Bravo to the owners for supplying ample amenities to cater to the needs of a larger family. We loved the backyard with its beautiful landscaping and the outdoor fireplace.

We had a family reunion in early January and had a wonderful time. The house was clean and well stocked. It had lots of seating to encourage conversations and a beautiful kitchen. The kitchen is amazing and we were able to bring a lot of our own food to cook during our stay. Lots of comfortable seating for lounging and the backyard is gorgeous! We all had a wonderful stay.

This home has it all! Pool, ping pong, pool table, bocce ball, lovely bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, and large hot tub. Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Montecito because it offers the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. It's peaceful, beautiful, and surrounded by towering trees and stunning mountain views, yet just minutes from Butterfly Beach (one of our favorite beaches) wounderful restaurants, shopping, wineries, hiking tails, and everything Santa Barbara has to offer. We wanted a place where families could truly slow down and recconnect. Mornings can begin with coffee by the pool, afternoons can be spent playing bocce ball, swimming, or exploring nearby beaches, and evenings end with a soak in the hot tub while the kids challenge each other to ping pong or pool. The weather is pretty perfect year round which makes it perfect for vacationing any time of year.

What makes this property unique

Unlike many vacation homes where everyone disappears to separate rooms, this home was designed for spending time together. Five comfortable bedrooms with premium mattresses and luxury-quality bedding ensure everyone sleeps well after a day of adventure. The fully equipped kitchen, inviting gathering spaces and resort-style backyard make it easy to cook, relax, celebrate and reconnect. Plenty of room for everyone to find their favorite space.
