The condo was very roomy. The beds were so nice and comfortable we slept like a baby!!! At night it was quiet and peaceful. We especially enjoyed dining at the many different restaurants.

Dirty was not clean when we got there at all and then had to move to another location due to flooding! Stains in couch, hand prints on walls, doors and tables- and a crazy smell( which we now think was mildew/ mold due to the main issue we had three-four days in- flooding.Lots of our stuff got ruined and more got wet. Although the host offered us a location elsewhere and was amazing- VRBO itself is a terrible app to work with. We will stick with air b&b and booking for now. The host was great and her other location was amazing!

Thank you for your review. I’m sorry that your stay was impacted by the unexpected flooding. The water originated from the roof of another unit in the building, which is outside of my management and unfortunately was beyond my control. As soon as I became aware of the situation, I immediately offered you an alternative property so your vacation could continue with as little disruption as possible. I would also like to clarify that the housekeeping concerns mentioned in your review were not reported prior to the flooding. Had I been made aware of them, I would have gladly arranged for the cleaning team to return and address them promptly. Thank you for recognizing my efforts to assist you during this unexpected situation. I truly appreciate your kind words about my communication and the replacement property, and I’m glad we were able to find a solution for you.

Barely adequate for 6 people. Kitchen did not have supplies enough to make meals, no soap or towels for dishes. Back glass sliding doors did not lock. Washing machine was dirty and no soap and dryer took 2+ hours. Couch was old and dirty. Very few linens and soap/shampoo was inadequate. Felt dark, damp, and dirty. Disappointed.
