Este plano de planta abierto magníficamente diseñado con techos de 9 pies le permite mantener a las familias juntas mientras cocina y entretiene. Todas las espaciosas habitaciones son distantes y privadas entre sí, al tiempo que permiten mucha luz natural. Big beautiful home on the water

Generous living space in a great room layout means we can be together even when doing different activities. The kitchen is open to the dining and living spaces so the cool doesn’t get left out! The open second floor with beds and a huge comfy sofa gives a place for the teens and tweens to call their own. The game room... simply amazing. We had a few rainy days at the start of our stay and the game room was a haven where or tween organized a tournament! This is the only house we have ever stayed in that has enough dining space for the beds!! How wonderful to all eat at the same table. We love this special spot and plan to return as long as we can!

The layout of the home provides private bedrooms, each with King Beds and beautiful views. There is no undesirable room. Our son loves sleeping in the crow's nest on the top floor. Walk out decks abound. Dave and Lisa are premier hosts, always available and responsive and eager to ensure each renter experiences a perfect vacation. They have taken extra measures throughout the home to provide a home away from home feeling. Amenities abound including access to an amazing game room. Concrete walkway to the beach is extremely useful and makes the few steps out your door to the beach even more convenient when transporting beach equipment. We have looked for 8 seasons for the perfect home to re-rent year after year and we finally found it here.

Family Fun!

Eleven of us—9 adults and two kids—had a wonderful time together at this beautiful house on the beach. We loved the location and the layout of the home. It was very easy to find and even though the weather wasn't the best, there was plenty to do indoors—including four 1000 piece puzzles in one week! We highly recommend it for any group who wants to make the most of their time together.

The view of the water from everywhere in the house is outstanding. The home is super clean and full of amenities. There is a fabulous game room for all ages. Inside there is plenty of games, books and puzzles to keep you busy when you’re not outside enjoying the beautiful uncrowded beach. The home also provided beach toys and boogie boards. The home is large with a lot of bedrooms and plenty of beds for a large gathering. When we stayed here, it was super quiet and hardly nobody on the beach. The drive to shopping and attractions is about 15-30 minutes. We were able to easily travel to rehobooth beach and the Lewis cape May ferry. Overall if your looking for a large home with great views and a semi- private beach we highly recommend this place!!!

The four first floor bedrooms are comfortable and private, the great room space is awesome for the whole crew to hang out while the game room is kid-heaven! The second floor is perfect for kids to be able to hang out out of the hair of the adults. It's comfortable without being fussy - just what you want at the beach. The owners and realtor are great at communicating and super responsive. We look forward to returning for another year.

Gorgeous beach getaway

Even better than the description! Well stocked kitchen (crockpot, blender, air fryer), lots of kid-friendly dishes. The common space was larger than the pictures make it look, and the upstairs had tons of room for all the kids to bunk together. The property also has a lot of kids beach toys, boogie boards, etc. Helpful owner hints and labels around the house. We had a blast and will definitely be back!

Great Property!!

We had the best time in this home with a great layout for many guests. Its location is perfect in our opinion, just steps to the beach with beautiful views from the front windows/door overlooking the bay & gorgeous views out the back windows of the home overlooking the ocean. Spectacular!! It will be hard to beat.

The perfect spot

The location and views were amazing. Could not get any better. The game room downstairs was all our kids could ever want, adults too. House was spacious, clean, and stocked. We hope to return soon!

The elevator worked perfectly for our elderly family - plus it was a great help in loading and unloading our stuff. There were so many places to hideaway and read, talk, paint ... you name it. The living room was perfect for all our family with plenty of seating. We played all the games and assembled puzzles all week. It was so memorable and everyone just relaxed and enjoyed themselves. We will certainly return.

Fantastic home for families

There is plenty of space for large group gathering and for escaping for some more private time as well. The home is very well appointed, easy walk to the beach over the ramp, pleasant water and sandy bottom for littles to play. We especially enjoyed the game room for our little guys and this is the ONLY house we have ever rented with enough space for all of us to sit to a meal together. Dave and Lisa clearly love their home and love sharing it with others. We will be back!

Great vacation home for families
