Our weekend at the cottage was perfection. The cottage itself is fantastic. Exceeded our expectations. Clean, very well equipped with all the necessary items to make for a easy vacation destination. The wrap around windows, little nooks to cozy up with a tea/glass of wine and a good book and for the sports fans the gigantic TV (for me it was the return of BTS concert!), ensures everyone when inside is happy. The cottage is right on the beach, with a sweet path to the Bay. Loved that the tide makes for tide pools, so endless "treasures" to be found on the beach in low tide as well as birds galore. We saw a bald eagle, osprey, herons and of course the sea gulls. The pine trees that surround the back deck are amazing. Whisper all day and night long and makes for the most cozy or romantic spot to enjoy your company. The sweet town of Milford which is about 10 minutes from the cottage did not disappoint either. Art shops, boutique shops and cafe's. A couple of fantastic food stops as well as the Mispillion River meandering through town to allow for a picnic or walk. 10/10!!

Beach retreat with young family

The quiet waters of Slaughter Beach (and few visitors) make it the perfect destination for a young family. The horseshoe crabs and dolphin pod were the talk of our ride home!We loved the cottage - the kitchen was also a nice surprise, as it was well stocked and very big for the cottage. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Coral Cottage is amazing. Beautiful, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. Hosts were great and very responsive. Very comfy beds and super pet friendly. Will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at this lovey cottage. While on the bay, it gave the feel of being oceanfront in every way, with the rural residential area providing a peaceful alternative to the busy oceanfront beaches. It’s an easy 30 minute drive to Rehobeth and Bethany. We also visited Berlin and Assateaque Island, a little over a hour drive. The cottage is beautifully decorated, clean, fully stocked, and the beds were comfortable. The host was incredibly accommodating providing fresh flowers, an offer to arrive a day early due to an incoming Nor’easter, and necessities to get through the storm available upon arrival.
