Unit is recently furnished with brand new quality furniture, as the unit is being used as a second home when not rented. Covered parking space close to unit entrance. Covered, fenced patio provides a great place to relax before/after work. Property has a pool for the summer, as well as a gym!

This property is in a great location, less than 1 mile from a bus stop, PCC Community Markets/QFC/Safeway, Costco, several great restaurants, and less than a 10 minute drive to downtown Edmonds, which features restaurants, bars, ferry terminal, and a center for fine arts.

My partner and I spent 32 days at this property. We greatly enjoyed our time there. We brought our eBikes with us and rode to downtown Edmonds many times... only took 15 minutes. Even though the condo complex is next to busy Edmonds Parkway, we could not hear it from this condo... it is tucked away from the road. So high points for being quiet! The condo itself was nicely stocked with excellent pots/pans/kitchen stuff. The primary bed was super comfy! The murphy bed was also comfortable. I worked from the condo and the desk in the 2nd bedroom worked out great. Wifi speed was great. The couch and the recliner chairs in the living room were also comfy. We did hear the neighbor above a little bit but she was totally respectful to not make noise at odd times. Everyone in the complex was very nice! We used the heated pool a few times. I highly recommend this rental!

My husband and I stayed in Jason’s condo for 3 months. We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean, the bed super comfortable, the kitchen had all the amenities we needed. The supply closet was well stocked. Jason was a very reliable host and easy to communicate with. It was great to have a pool during the hot days which our grandson was allowed to use as well. The people we met at poolside were very friendly and welcoming.We can highly recommend Jason’s condo!

This was the perfect home away from home. It was equipped with everything we needed and then some. Super clean and super comfortable. Jason was a delightful host and very accommodating.
