I have been hosting since 2017 and enjoy what I do! I built the complex which was completed in January 2009. There are ten apartments, a heated pool, hot tub, two grills and bicycles for you use.
Why they chose this property
LOCATION!!! This property is pretty central in the urban core of Winter Park. It is two blocks from the Winter Park Village to the west and three blocks from Park Ave to the east.
What makes this property unique
Our location is superb and the apartments are upscale, well furnished and stocked in the kitchen. We have everything you need for a great stay! The entire property is used for vacation rentals, so we perform in a professional manner.
