Breathtaking LG 2/2 NSB, fully renovated DIRECT OCEAN w/laundry & office area
Welcome to "Ocean Dreams." One of 2 units that we have in the desirable condo community "Castle Reef." Located on the NO DRIVE portion of the beach, Ocean Dreams is the largest unit that this community, offering at 1250 sq ft. Conveniently located to shopping and just a few miles from Flagler Ave & Canal St. Our large pool is heated in the cooler months. There is also a kiddie pool, shuffle board, tennis/pickle board courts, bar-b -que area, pavilion & club house. This unit has undergone major renovations 2022-2025. All of the furnishings & appliances were added when these renovations took place. A laundry room was added with large capacity washer & dryer. The master has a king bed, guest room has been redesigned Jan 2025 and equipped with a queen bed and a twin over full bunk. All new flooring was just installed Jan 2025 as well. All our guests enjoy complimentary amenities that are too numerous to list. Ranging from light breakfast & snacks to robes, laundry detergent, personal hygiene items, and bottle of wine. Castle reef is located just a couple miles from Flagler Ave & Canal Street. There is a convenient shopping area directly across the street, that has Restaurants, ice cream parlor, nail salon, liquor store, light food shopping, & variety beach store. All you could need within walking distance. Taking a short car ride will get you to many great restaurants, shopping, theater, entertainment, etc. New Smyrna Beach, besides having the most beautiful beaches (IMO) has something to do for everyone locally. Lots of information is included inside the unit. Repeat guest discount & **Monthly rates available upon request.

Russ and I fell in love with NSB 25 years ago when we purchased a timeshare. Since then, we had talked about purchasing one for us to use for longer stays. In April of 2022 we purchased the first one, "Ocean Dreams." In May of 2023, we purchased " Beachside Dreams." a second unit. Both units are located in the desirable community " Castle Reef." This is not our first hosting experience either. We have owned "Chester River Dreams" for over 10 years. That property is located on the eastern shore in Maryland, our home base. We learned early on what it takes to make our guests feel at home and strive to make improvements as our guest's needs change. We love hearing about what our guests love and what could be improved. Most of our properties are constantly being improved in one way or another. As most people who own a property know, there is always something to do. We generally do most of the work ourselves and only when we are in town. So, that means we squeeze as much into our stay as possible. We always welcome feedback and return guest discounts.
Why they chose this property
We just love the beaches and the Florida weather. There is always something to do. Coming from a small town with only a few choices and shopping being 30-45 minutes away, This is a fun change.
What makes this property unique
We know that you have 100's of choices when it comes to staying on the beach. We want to stand out from all the rest. So, we try to go over and above for our guests, including many extras that are simply too numerous to list. However, to give an example, we include a welcome basket that is loaded up with light breakfast choices, coffee & teas (K-cups too!,) snacks, water, and of course a bottle of wine. All units are stocked with robes, various toiletries, soap, shampoo, & conditioner. All units have a pac-n-play & monitor for the little ones. This unit also has a potty seat and dinnerware. There are beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards & surf boards. Fluffy Towels, beach towels, and linens that are all provided. There are games, puzzles and cards as well.
