This home is spacious yet cozy with a nice gas fireplace and sunny back deck. The walking paths to the beach are just outside. The bright main floor has a gas fireplace, well-stocked kitchen, and access to the back deck and garage. Upstairs the bedrooms are comfy and clean and there is even a fun loft space in the kids room to play in.

Main level entry has garage, deck, living room, dining room, kitchen and 1/2 bath. Upstairs has the 3 bedrooms: Primary with king bed and full bath, bedroom with queen bed, and bedroom with queen bed and twin/twin bunks (and fun play loft). There is another full hall bath.

This home is pet friendly for one or two dogs. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night . Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended.

Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation.

Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival.
