6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms in easy and central location with king beds, 3 decks & outdoor areas, 3 separate tv rooms. 3 apartments side by side, all on one level for easy hangouts with family and friends. Walk, bike, or scooter to downtown, or just grab an Uber- it's easy.
These are 3 townhouses next to each other. Each townhouse is 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, living room with large tv, kitchen, and deck. The beds are all king size with comfy mattresses, extra pillows, and hotel style duvet & sheets.
You'll have access to everything inside plus courtyard.
I'm around everyday but not instrusive.
Edgehill. Between 12South and the Gulch, walkable to all the adjacent neighborhoods. Quick and easy Uber or Lyft to downtown which is 1 mile away
If a guest brings more than the maximum occupancy allowed (12), pets, if there is loud music, obscenity, or excessive noise, or smoking inside, the reservation will be cancelled.
There are security cameras in the parking area and courtyard of the building.
We use NoiseAware to monitor sound levels.
If my neighbors let me know about loud noise or partying, or if my NoiseAware sensors go off, your reservation will be cancelled.
Do not move the furniture. There are plugs and USB ports at every bedside. If you move the furniture we will charge you $100 to move furniture and lamps back to their place, repair bent frames and scuffs to hardwood floor.
If you break something, please let me know so we can fix it. You will be charged for damage to furniture, furnishings, drywall, and any other issue that costs time & money to repair.
There is a $200 biohazard fee for clean up of any bodily fluids.
Do not use our white towels & washcloths to remove makeup.
You will be charged for missing towels, sheets, blankets, furniture, and household items.
Extra charges will be incurred if: damage to property or furnishings, dirt or other mess requiring additional cleaning, smoke or smoking of any kind inside the home, unauthorized guests, pets, bodily fluids as noted above, any other cost incurred by host as a result of guest's actions.
Refunds will not be made for unused nights, unforeseen issues with appliances, or cancellations as result of not following house rules.
