Welcome to our original 1920s Spanish home, tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Nestled beneath an open hillside boasting scenic mountains and ocean views, our house offers the serene sounds of distant ocean waves and evening crickets. Our home provides a clean, classic space to relax and savor Ventura's finest weather. The spacious, cozy living room is perfect for your morning coffee or unwinding after a day of adventures. Sleep in comfort in our cozy beds and relish the beautiful weather this region has to offer.

Please note, that our historic home retains its original features including wood single-pane windows that may be weather-sensitive, and original wood floors that bear the marks of nearly a century of use.

- Back Unit: A separate unit at the back of the driveway is also listed online, ensuring complete privacy with no shared spaces.
- One bedroom requires passage through another bedroom.
- The fireplace is non-functional; no fires are allowed.
