Complimentary beach service (two beach chairs and one umbrella) is provided March 1st through November 30th. Guests can bring the additional chairs/umbrellas provided in the home.

This luxury beachfront townhome has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a private splash pool overlooking the beach, Sleeping 17 comfortably. The house features an upscale living room, granite counter tops in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and hard wood floors throughout the second and third floors and travertine tile on the first floor. Splash pool (8.5 x 6) can be heated.

The first-floor hosts one of the master king bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom, 55" Smart TV, wet bar with beverage cooler, and Keurig, and private balcony with splash pool as well as a bunk room furnished with two bunks totaling four Queen beds and twin fold-out sleeping chair, Space Invader Arcade game and 55" Smart TV.

On the second-floor you will find a beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen. The dining room offers seating for six at the dining room table and three at the bar. The living area, with expansive Gulf views from every angle, is equipped with a 65" smart TV and balcony with outdoor dining. Also on this floor, find a guest bedroom with a King-size bed and 55" smart TV and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, and balcony overlooking Frangista Beach neighborhood.

The third floor boasts the primary bedroom with king-size bed ensuite bath, private Gulf-front balcony, 55" smart TV and private bath with jetted soaking bathtub, walk-in shower and double vanity with travertine tile. There is an additional guest bedroom with a king-size bed, 55" smart TV, ensuite bathroom with bathtub/shower combination and balcony overlooking Scenic Gulf Drive. Washer & dryer conveniently located on the third floor.

First Floor: Sleeps 11

King bedroom ensuite bath and private balcony. Bunk room with 4 built in Queen size beds and 1 Fold out sleeping chair.

Second Floor: Sleeps 2

Kitchen, Dining room, Living room. Guest Bedroom with one King bedroom and ensuite/guest bathroom.

Third Floor: Sleeps 4

Primary King bedroom and ensuite bath, private gulf front balcony, laundry room and guest bedroom with King bed and ensuite bath.

The Frangista Beach community pool is within walking distance and is heated seasonally.

Parking available for up to 4 vehicles depending on size (including rented golf carts). Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood but is available off site. $100 daily fines will be issued to guests by HOA if more then 4 vehicles at the rental home. RV's and Trailers cannot be parked at the home per HOA restrictions. Per HOA rules, Tents and Canopies are not allowed on Frangista Beach
POOL HEAT (Available Oct-May) -The private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $45/day. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Gulf-front splash pool is 8.5 x 6
