GRATIS SEASONAL BEACH SERVICE 1. MARS - NOVEMBER 30 (2 stole og 1 paraply)

Dette luksuriøse strandbyhus har fem soveværelser, fire badeværelser og en privat plaskepool med udsigt over stranden, sove 16 komfortabelt. Huset har en opskalere stue, granit bordplader i køkkenet med rustfrit stål apparater og hårde trægulve i løbet af anden og tredje etage anf travertin flise langs første sal. Splash pool (8. 5 x 6)

 Denne luksuriøse ferie leje er det perfekte hus til familiesammenføringer eller strandfront bryllupper. Nyd den betagende udsigt over bugten fra alle tre balkoner. En privat elevator. ELEVATOR TILGÆNGELIG TIL ANVENDELSE AF ANSØGNING.

Første etage er vært for en af master king-soveværelserne med eget badeværelse, minibar og privat balkon med strygebræt samt et køje rum indrettet med to køjer i alt fire fuld-size senge og et fladskærms-tv.

På anden sal finder du et smukt, fuldt udstyret køkken. Spisestuen har plads til otte på spisebordet og til to i baren. Stuen, der tilbyder udsigt over bugten fra alle vinkler, er udstyret med et fladskærms-tv, sovesofa og balkon med udendørs siddepladser. Også på denne etage finder du et gæstesoveværelse med en queensize seng og et fladskærms-tv.

Den tredje sal har soveværelse med king-size seng, privat Gulf-front balkon, fladskærms-tv og privat bad med jacuzzi badekar, walk-in bruser og dobbelt forfængelighed. Der er et ekstra gæstesoveværelse med en kingsize seng og fladskærms-tv og badeværelse.

Første sal: 10 sovepladser

køje værelse med to køjer (fuld over fuld), gæst soveværelse med kingsize-seng med sovesofa, privat bad og privat balkon.

Anden etage: 2 sovepladser

Parkering til op til 2-4 køretøjer afhængigt af størrelse. Yderligere parkering er ikke tilgængelig i nabolaget, men er tilgængelig off site.

Fun Family week!

We had a great time. The location was excellent. The elevator helped my 70 y/o parents a bunch! What a blessing. We had two maintenance issues and they were resolved the same day! Highly recommend this property.

Arrived at check in house was very cool and pleasant smell. Got to checking the rooms out and found long black hairs on the bed sheets and pillow cases. Washed all bedding. Had a chair with a broke arm also. Large hole in the ceiling in the bottom bunk room. Shower head down stairs sprayed water right in your face from where it screws on the pipe coming though the wall. Had to lay a wash rag on it so it would not spray. Over all i would give it a 5 rating out of 10.

Beautiful and convenient. Quick turn around on minor issues and questions. Well stocked with dishes, appliances, towels and beach service (2 chairs and umbrella). Ready to reserve for next year.

Amazing location on the Beach

The location of this townhome and waking up to the beach view, walking on to the beach anytime and our reserved chairs waiting for us was the best. The elevator was priceless for my elderly parents. The location to stores and restaurants was so convenient. We had a great spring break.

Good time was had

This was a fall family trip wherein my dad and mother in law (both 70+) came along. Having the elevators and not having to pay extra to use it was priceless!! The views were all phenomenal and lots was provided such as dishes and beach towels.

Great View!

The house is very accommodating for large groups. We have 5 kids ranging from 23-2 and brought older family members. The elevator made accessibility for the older ppl so much easier. You could not get a better view and access to the beach. We ALWAYS try to stay in one of these home. Another great trip and looking forward to our next!

Plenty of room, very clean, well stocked kitchen, lovely private splash pool and comfortable beds. We had a leaky faucet and they came out that day to repair it. I would definitely return!!

Great views, excellent location and great service!

The first thing you will love about this property are the absolutely beautiful views it offers to the beach. Though spread across 3 levels, this townhome has great living space and bedrooms. The patio/balcony is big enough for 6-7 people to comfortably hang out. Amenities are decent and work as expected. The property managers respond quickly and fix things as soon as reported. We loved the space enough to extend our stay.

Both homes were clean, very functional and spacious for how many families and kids we had, and being beach front and steps away from the beach was fabulous. Frangista was amazing at always being available to reach if we had any questions and also kept us up to date with weather information during hurricane Helene. This is our second time using Frangista Beach Properties and we will continue to use them for our vacations in the future! Such a friendly, welcoming company through the entire experience!

Summer family vacation

On day 2 of our stay which was in the summer the capacitor went out on one of the a/c units. I called Frangista Beach Properties and the capacitor was replaced and unit was back working in just 2 hours. Other than that which was not really a big issue because it was handled so well there was no other issues at all. A very nice stay and would recommend this property to everyone.

Review of condo

The dishwasher was terrible, finally quit working the last 2 days of our stay. The quality of the toilet paper was like at a truck stop. It was strange to have to walk through the master bedroom to get to the beach. That being said, everything else was fine and we enjoyed our stay.

A great Vacation

We called halfway through our stay to have the pool heated for the remainder of the trip. Property management sent someone out to turn it on. They couldn't figure it out and left. They never followed up again after that. No good there...Everything else was great!
