Peaceful House with Heated Pool

About this space
Relax at this paradise in Rotonda West. This spacious 3BR/2BA house is newly-renovated and loacted in a quiet neighborhood.

You'll be a short drive from the beautiful beaches of Englewood and the Rotonda Community Park (tennis courts, bike path, playground, and more). You'll also be steps away from the Rotonda West golf course.

The space
The house features a private heated pool, an outdoor deck with grill and TV, and a gorgeous view of the lake. A recently constructed pool enclosure/cage will allow you to enjoy the outdoor space at all times. Please note that the hot tub is not functional at this time.

All rooms, including patio, have a smart TV with basic cable. There is also a dedicated work space. The kitchen is fully stocked and features a spacious island and brand new stainless steel appliances.

The fourth bedroom is locked with owners property and is off limits.

No pets allowed.
There is no child safety fence at the pool. No children allowed in pool area without adult supervision.
