I was contacted a few days prior to checkin letting me know they were having AC issues. The offered to out me up somewhere else if we acted but glad we decided to stay! We arrived a little early to check the room out and had a slight delay but the property was excellent! The only issue we had was beach users or people not paying attention to their assigned parking space. It happened 2x but the staff helped resolve the issue. Definitely would come back!

Mana Kai - Spring Break 2024

We had a fantastic time! We've stayed at the Mana Kai multiple times over the years, and it never fails to impress us! The condo is clean and very comfortable with an unbeatable view just steps away from the best beach in Maui. Having the beach chairs was a great added bonus!

We had a wonderful stay at Mana Kai! This place is truly amazing. The view is absolutely breathtaking, and being right on beautiful Keawakapu Beach was one of our favorite parts of our Maui vacation. The condo was very nice and clean, which I especially appreciated considering how close it is to the beach and all the little creatures that naturally come with a tropical environment. The location is also incredibly convenient—there are so many restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and activities within a reasonable distance. We were able to enjoy everything from a luau and fine dining to grabbing delicious poke bowls from the grocery store. The only issue we had was at check-in. The access code we initially received did not work, so getting the correct code was a little bit of a hassle after arriving. Once that was resolved, however, everything else about our stay was wonderful.Overall, we absolutely loved Mana Kai. The combination of the breathtaking views, direct beach access, cleanliness, and convenient location made it a fantastic place for our family to stay. We would definitely recommend it!

Maui trip

We did not know that there would not be a divider separating the “, second bedroom. Also, the floors were dirty. We took our shoes off and when we walked around inside our feet were filthy

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that aspects of the unit did not meet your expectations. The listing does indicate that the bedroom is open to the living space in a studio-style layout, but we understand the importance of setting clear expectations and will review our description for clarity. Additionally, we sincerely apologize if the floors were not up to standard, as this is not the experience we want for our guests. We will address this with our team to ensure our cleaning standards are met. We appreciate your input and hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.
