A split a/c unit was installed in the living room for warm summer afternoons. Bedrooms have their own a/c.

Watch the whales or the beautiful sunsets from the lanai, or walk to the beach in front of Kamaole III State park in less than two minutes. This beach is known to be the most beautiful beach on S Kihei. Great for swimming, snorkeling, sunning, paddle boarding and amazing sunsets and whale watching.
Restaurants/shops are within walking distance or dine at our beautiful Wailea hotels less than 10 minutes drive away. World class golf courses are a very short distance drive.
Our complex Hale Kamaole has two pools, an inclosed full seize tennis court and two large BBQ areas, each having 4 large charcoal grills and two gas grills. The outdoor barbecue area is a popular spot to socialize while grilling your favorite meal. There is an activity desk located at the covered pavilion for any excursion you would like to book. Free parking in front of condo. No check-in or hidden fees!
