About this property

FULL OCEAN VIEW CLEAN SPACIOUS HIGH END REMODELED A/C IN LIVING + BEDROOMS

Remodeled, spacious condo with high ceilings located at Hale Kamaole opposite Kamaole III State Park and Beach. Great for two couples or a family of five.
The open loft area sleeps one adult/child in a twin bed. The open staircase does not make it suitable for toddlers.

Hale Kamaole is the only complex in Wailea and Kihei with truly unobstructed ocean views. This beautiful condo has amazing Pacific Ocean, West Maui Mountains, and Haleakala views from the living room and balcony (lanai), which has shade 95% of the day, a must when you spend most of the day in the sun. The lanai also offers views of the expansive lawn and tropical landscape of Birds of Paradise, Plumeria trees, and of course Palm trees. A split a/c unit was installed in the living room for warm summer afternoons. Bedrooms have their a/c. When windows and doors are opened the Tradewinds keep all areas cool and it gives the feeling of outdoor living.
Both bedrooms have high-end foam/gel King Posture Pedic mattresses. The Guest Bedroom is on the first floor with a bathroom.
The Master Bedroom is on the second floor with an Ensuite Bathroom. New windows slide open for the Maui trade winds or close for quiet sleeping. Ceramic floor throughout the 1st floor including the Guest Bedroom, and carpet in the Master Bedroom and loft. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers. 55' Smart Samsung TV in the living room. 45' Smart Samsung TV in bedrooms. Bring your Netflix etc. passwords.

Watch the whales or the beautiful sunsets from the lanai, or walk to the beach in front of Kamaole III State Park in less than two minutes. This beach is known to be one of the best beaches in South Kihei. Great for swimming, snorkeling, sunning, paddle boarding, amazing sunsets and whale watching. Lifeguards are available.

Restaurants/shops are within walking distance or dine at our beautiful Wailea hotels less than 10 minutes drive away. World-class golf courses are a very short distance drive.

Our complex Hale Kamaole has two pools, an enclosed full-size tennis court, and two large BBQ areas, each having 4 large charcoal grills and two gas grills. Free parking in front of the condo. No check-in or hidden fees!

Wonderful place in a great location on the south end of Kihei, close enough to walk to beaches and amenities but not in the middle of the busiest part of Kihei. I was born in the Netherlands and would travel to Maui with my children for their summer holidays. When my children left home I decided to stay on Maui. It is a magical place and I love it here. I hope all my guests will feel the same joy as I do when entering my home.

Why they chose this property

I love the Maui sunsets and in the summers you can see them from my lanai.
Hale Kamaole is the only property in Kihei that has truly unobstructed views of the ocean. My unit is on the South side (Wailea side) of the complex which keeps the lanai in the shade and gives the best ocean views. In the winter I can walk to Kamaole III State park in front of the complex, and join other people to see the sunset from my beach chair. Parking is in front of the condo - so no long walks with groceries. You can see the pool from the lanai which gives it that extra holiday feeling. The unit is located on the South side of the complex, meaning no elevators or noisy walkways.
You can walk the ocean front all the way to the Wailea Walkway and beyond the Wailea Hotels. Walk to nearby restaurants and have a drink without worrying about driving. Compared to other complexes it has a wide area of tropical garden in front of the lanai's. The moment you walk into the condo you know your holiday has started!

What makes this property unique

This condo has been completely renovated to give you that special Maui holiday experience. The lanai gives you an amazing view of the beautiful ocean with the West Maui Mountains, and Haleakala. The condo is large for Maui standards and has two floors. So privacy is not an issue with two couples. The Maui Tradewinds produce a gentle breeze through the unit.
