2 BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS WITH EXTRA LOFT OCEAN VIEWS 2 MINUTES FROM BEAUTIFUL BEACH

Completely remodeled, spacious condo located at Hale Kamaole, opposite Kamaole III park and beach. Great for two couples or a family of four.

Open loft area sleeps two additional children between ages 4 and 12. (Open staircase does not make it suitable for toddlers).

Hale Kamaole is the only complex in Wailea and Kihei with truly unobstructed ocean views.

This condo has amazing Ocean and West Maui Mountains views from the living room and balcony (lanai), which has shade 95% of the day, a must when you spend most of the day in the sun. A split a/c unit was installed in the living room for warm summer afternoons. Bedrooms have their own a/c.

Both bedrooms have high end foam/gel King Posture Pedic mattresses.

Guest bedroom on first floor.

Master bedroom is on second floor for privacy and has high ceiling with ensuite bathroom.

New windows open to the Maui trade winds, or close for quiet sleeping.

Ceramic floor throughout 1st floor including second bedroom, and carpet in masters/loft.

Modern bathrooms with walk-in showers,

Our complex Hale Kamaole has two pools, an inclosed tennis court and two large BBQ areas, each having 4 large charcoal grills.

There is an activity desk located next to the office building for any excursion you would like to book.

About Mary O'Malley-Keyes

I was born in the Netherlands and would travel to Maui with my children for their summer holiday's. Once my children started University in Canada and the US I decided to stay on Maui. It is a magical place and I love it here. I hope all my guests will feel the same joy as I do when entering my home.

Why Mary O'Malley-Keyes chose Kihei

I love the Maui sunsets and in the summers you can see them from my lanai.

Hale Kamaole is the only property in Kihei that has truly unobstructed views of the ocean. My unit is on the South side (Wailea side) of the complex which keeps the lanai in the shade and gives the best ocean views. In the winter I can walk to the park, Kamaole III in front of the complex, and join other people to see the sunset from my beach chair. Free parking is in front of the condo - so no long walks with groceries. You can see the pool from the lanai which gives it that extra holiday feeling. The unit is located on the South side of the complex, meaning no elevators or noisy walkways.

You can walk the ocean front all the way to the Wailea Walkway and beyond the Wailea Hotels. Walk to nearby restaurants and have a drink without worrying about driving! Compared to other complexes it has a wide area of tropical garden in front of the lanai's. The moment you walk into the condo you know your holiday has started!

This condo has been completely renovated to give you that special Maui experience. The lanai gives you an amazing view of the beautiful ocean and the West Maui Mountains that stand behind it. The condo is large for Maui standards and has two floors. So privacy is not an issue with two couples. The Maui Tradewinds produce a gentle breeze through the unit.

Absolute best!

Came with my family to celebrate a birthday and an anniversary. The unit was impeccably clean! Loved the lanai, every amenity was thought of, soap, chargers, towels, beach supplies, comfortable beds & linens.

We cannot wait to go back again.

Mary was always within reach if we had any questions or comments. Probably the best unit we stayed at over the last 15 years coming to Kihei.

It's like a home away from home... literally!

Great condo with great host

We spent wonderful 2 weeks (2 Adults and 2 Kids) in this beautiful Condo in Maui! It's just the perfect place to stay in Maui (Kihei, Wailea). The Condo is furnished with so much love for all the details and its very elegant. We found absolutely everything we needed. Mary was such a warm-hearted host and took care of us even when whole Maui was unplugged to electricity because of a storm. She visited us early in the morning and took care of everything. If we ever have the fortune to come back to Maui, we will definitely stay again at Mary's. A great Thank you for everything, Mary!

Owner's Response: You are the second European family staying at my apartment this year. What a great guests to have! and thank you for your review. I think this was the first time that all of Maui was without power, after a rainstorm. It happened at 3am and I hoped my guests would see the red light of the flashlight on the wall in both bedrooms. Their phone would be expensive to call and the internet was off so I passed by in the morning with updates on the power outage and to make sure they were ok. I am happy I live here so I can help in case of emergency's.

Perfect home away from home for family with young kids

Plenty of space, being so close to the beach was awesome. The pictures of the property are accurate. We enjoyed and made good use of the modern appliances. Mary did everything to make us comfortable. Anything that we needed was provided in the condo. Kudos to the previous guests who suggested having a rice cooker. We would definitely book this lovely condo again should we decide to come back to Maui. Thank you so much, Mary, for welcoming me and my family into your home.

Great condo in the best location

It's a wonderful property from every perspective. It's large, clean, very nicely furnished and decorated. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything you may possibly need. Every detail is thought through: plenty of towels (both beach and bath), beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, you name it. You are right across the street from a nice beach, good for swimming, boogie boarding and watching turtles. And the location was perfect for us since we wanted to explore the island: we'd go to a different beach almost every day. From this location you're max 15 minutes from every place in South Maui. You can walk to shops/restaurants. Supermarket and village are short drive away. ≈Thanks Mary for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Home away from home :)

Location, location, location! This condo was perfect for our week long vacation! It is hands down the nicest one we have ever booked on VRBO. So glad we found it! The location was perfect for our family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 small children, ages 5 and 9. The beach right across the street was ideal for swimming, playing, and snorkeling. We saw 8 turtles one day! It was awesome! The condo is clean and well stocked for everyday use. The beds were very comfortable which was nice after playing and exploring all day. The property itself is filled with lush greenery and plants and well kept. The pool was a little small, but there are 2 and we weren't really there for the pool anyways. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. This was our 2nd time to Maui. The first time we stayed in Ka'anapali, but I really think Kihei is better for avoiding the tourist crowds. I felt this area was better for families with smaller children. I'm glad we stayed here vs Ka'anapali.

Mary, the owner, was super nice and informative and responded quickly to any questions we might have had. She has really taken her time to create a safe and comfortable "home away from home" place for her guests. We absolutely would stay here again and can't wait to come back!

I was not sure if guests would understand that this is my only home, and not a hotel. But, except for a few all my guests have been just wonderful, just like you! Great value in a great location.

We were very happy with this condo. It has been updated and the quality of everything is excellent. The condo is in a great location with Kamaole III beach just across the road with good snorkeling and surf. The condo has shower at the entrance so you can wash off before going into the room. Very nice tile floors with new, high quality appliances throughout. And the beds are extremely comfortable. And the owner is very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Owner's Response: Thank you for this review. I agree that, compared with a stay at one of the resort hotels my condo is great value! You get a complete home with easy access to a great beach for a fraction what a hotel room cost. The Hale Kamaole entrance showers are new, and very handy to get rid of sand on beach toys and feet.
