Enjoy life under the sun at Sea Shell, a welcoming Siesta Key getaway designed for relaxation. The condo features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, private patio, and comfortable living space to unwind after a day of island adventures. Lounge by the large heated pool or spend the day at beautiful Crescent Beach. When you're ready to explore, you'll find a variety of local shops, restaurants, and island attractions just a short stroll away.

The Location:
- Beach Access on Site
- 1.9 Miles to Siesta Key Village
- Less than 300 Feet from property entrance to Crescent Village
- Pool on Site or 1.9 Miles to Partner Property Pool Access
- 0.1 Miles to local free trolley stop.
Siesta Key has 13 beach access points and a free trolley system making all of Siesta Key easily accessible no matter where you are on the island!

Important things to note:
- We only guarantee 1 parking space per rental unit. This parking space is covered with a Max Height of 6 feet.
- Golf-Carts are NOT allowed on property grounds.
- Check-in is located at our office off site of the property. The address will be shared with check-in instructions.
- To book a beachside managed Property Between February 1st and April 15th, the booker must be 27 years old or older and be present for the entire duration of the stay. Outside of this time frame, the standard minimum age for this property applies.
- Security Authorization Hold taken upon check-in: $500. This hold is released upon inspection of unit after check-out or charged up to but not limited by the full authorized amount for damages/miss items.

Fantastic Stay with Unbeatable Location

We loved every bit of our stay in this condo. Great beach, close to restaurants and some shops. Clean and bigger than expected. We will be back!

We stayed nine days at the Sea Shell 2BR/2BA condo, and while the location on Siesta Key is undeniably great, the experience had a few bumps. The biggest frustration was the check in process — the room wasn’t ready at the promised time, which set the tone for a rocky arrival. After a long trip, waiting around instead of settling in was disappointing.Once inside, the condo itself was comfortable and had plenty of space for our group. The layout worked well, and having two full bathrooms was convenient. Still, some areas felt a bit dated and could use a refresh to match the expectations set by the listing. Some of the issues included broken trashcan, command hooks missing in bathrooms, broken security chain on the front door, mold in the master bathroom.During the week, the concrete building next to the condo was being refurbished. Dueling jackhammer from 8-5pm all week. On the last night got locked out of the condo because the management company reset the door code. Took a while to contact the right person and gain entry again. Beachside Management company lowered my rating significantly. Booked the condo using VRBO but then this middleman (Beachside Management) took over the process. The building felt safe, and beach access was fantastic, which helped balance things out. But between the delayed check in, noise and a few worn-in details, the overall experience landed somewhere in the middle.
