Resta nella nostra unità. Non ci sono scale o ascensori da trattare, questo grande condominio di fine unità (1800 piedi quadrati) è a pochi passi dalla piscina e dalle acque cristalline e poco profonde del Golfo del Messico. QUESTA UNITÀ È SITUATA SULLA SPIAGGIA / GOLFO lato di Midnight Cove. Goditi tramonti mozzafiato mentre percorri le sabbie bianche di Crescent Beach, riconosciute da National Geographic e Travel Channel come tra le "dieci spiagge più belle del mondo". ORA NUMERO # 1 NEGLI STATI UNITI !!!!

La camera da letto principale è dotata di un letto king-size, cabina armadio, bagno privato, TV e si apre sul Lanai. Entrambe le camere degli ospiti hanno due letti singoli e condividono un bagno completo. Aero- Letto e biancheria da letto disponibili per dormire extra. Il soggiorno ha un grande divano componibile, docking station per iPod, TV / DVD / VCR. La cucina è completamente arredata. Lavatrice e asciugatrice nell'unità. Sono inoltre disponibili sedie a sdraio, teli mare e borsa termica.

A due isolati dal Capitano Kurt, altri 6 ristoranti, negozi, un mercato, farmacia e ufficio postale. Caratteristico Siesta Village si trova in fondo alla strada con molti ristoranti e locali notturni, e la città di Sarasota è appena oltre il ponte. Per più ristoranti e piaceri dello shopping, St. Armand's Circle è anche a pochi minuti di distanza.

Un'ora a Busch Gardens e due ore a Orlando e Disney World.

Annual Girls Trip

The condo was very clean and well equipped. It is convenient to the beach which is important to us. The beach service has comfortable chairs and is included with the condo. We had a slight maintenance problem but it was handled right away by the owner. We have stayed in this condo three times and would definitely stay again. It is one of the nicest condos I have ever stayed in.

Getaway in May

Enjoyed the condo/property with the exception of having to cross busy road to be able to swim in pool. It would have been nice to know beforehand that the pool on the property had been damaged by last year's hurricane. Was also surprised that umbrellas on the beach were picked up so early in the afternoon. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay, and my daughter and I would recommend to friends!

BEST PLACE TO STAY!

We loved staying here! It was convenient being on the corner lowest level, to parking, the pool and the beach. It was clean and updated. The kitchen was well appointed and the furniture was new and nice. Dawn was always available for questions and suggestions. I'd stay there again!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely stay here again. Very close to the beach and pool. Kid and adult friendly. Owner was very professional and communicative.

Perfect start to the summer!!

Beautiful well appointed condo. No beach view, but first floor walkout is just steps away from the pool and beach. Checkin was flawless. Will definitely book again!

Beautiful Condo!

Our family enjoyed the cleanliness, location, and attention to detail in the condo. It felt like home with everything we needed. It is apparent the owners take pride in their condo. Dawn is easy to communicate with and prompt in responding. We had a wonderful stay and would book again should we come back to Midnight Cove!

Return to Siesta Key

Our family vacations have been in Sanibel in recent years but required a return to Siesta Key this year. The beaches were lovely and relaxing. The condo was a great find and very convenient. Particularly loved the open kitchen.

Siesta Key Beach never disappoints

We've loved Siesta Key since we began vacationing there in 2015 but this condo really provided so many extras. It is beautiful and the location is so convenient. We loved spending time inside and of course the beach cannot be beat! The pool being steps away made for a perfect, relaxing vacation. Thank you, we hope to come back soon!

Wonderful, clean and spacious condo. Best of all it is on the ground floor. Very short walk to the beach and pool. Dawn was a excellent host!! Highly recommend this unit!

Perfect Condo

Wonderful condo. Steps from the pool and beach. Everything you need to sleep a family of 6 very comfortably. Grill out and eat on the patio. Great location to many fantastic restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend staying here!

Beach Wedding

We traveled to Sarasota for a family wedding this past week. It was a wonderful experience. This is our 5th stay at Midnight Cove & enjoyed every minute of it! Dawn communicated well with me & the condo was spacious & clean.

It was OK

The condo is nice with new updates but one bedroom stayed very warm which made it difficult to sleep in. The location is nice but there is no ocean view.

10 years of treasured memories!

We have been staying here with our 3 children for ove 20 years. This condo offers everything you could possibly need for an outstanding beach vacation. The updated kitchen is an incredible bonus! Thank you Dawn!

The space was wonderful clean and had absolutely everything we needed and then some! The space was big and comfortable and the kitchen and living room great! I at first wanted to have a view that could see the pool but after being there a week it was nice to have a little more privacy! Convenient location for the area and also ground flour was very easy to get to!! short walk to the beach and steps away from the pool. I would 100% recommend this wonderful home and would return again! Thanks so much for the memories!

Great Location

We enjoyed this lovely 3 bedroom condo. It was a first floor unit, with a 30-second walk to the pool and another 30 seconds to the Siesta Key beach. The location was superb, with restaurants and other shopping amenties, all a brief walk along Midnight Pass Road. Midnight Cove offered community and exercise rooms. The owners of our condo were pleasant and responded to our concerns, especially when the air conditioning was not working. An enjoyable time was had by all.

Family Summer Vacation

Property was fantastic!!! Had plenty of room for the whole family and was mere steps from pool then ocean. Beach was also very clean with staff to assist setting up chairs and umbrella (included in rental!) every day. Saturday was the quietest day by far and highly recommend spending the whole day at the beach! Condo had plenty of dishes for the week and separate towels for indoor and outdoor use. Thoroughly enjoyed downtown area, especially SKOB, Siesta Key Oyster Bar for weekday happy hour and music, followed by the very authentic Rome Gelato a couple of doors down. Already daydreaming about planning another trip!!!

Everything and then some more!

First of all Dawn was so responsive and helpful before we got there. The place looks good in the pictures but is even better in person. It had every single thing you could think of. Many rentals we have stayed at did not have things like laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towels. This place has it all. It s a few steps to the beach. We had lots of kids and the caddy really helped us take lots of toys(also provided) this included kites! It's really nice that the beach chairs and umbrellas are set up for you. Hot water ran out fast but we had a big party to shower so try to stagger showers. Overall it was perfect, We will have to go back this really was home away from home. Thanks

Absolutely, wonderful condo!!

We came to Dawn's condo to celebrate my 40th birthday. We have been coming to MC for 15 years. This was our first time in Dawn's condo and won't be our last either. This spacious condo is beautifully decorated and remodeled. It is very beachy, clean, modern and a joy to relax in after time at the beach and pool. The location is wonderful, being on the first floor, right next to our parking spot. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The gorgeous kitchen was well stocked with anything you can think of. It was great to have a washer/dryer in the unit and a hanging rack on the porch for wet bathing suits. There is a variety of beach/pool toys on the porch for use. Dawn even put a mini fridge out there too. The seating on the porch was a nice, quiet area we enjoyed. Our 3 girls loved the bedrooms and having their own bathroom nearby. Midnight cove has lush landscaping and grounds that are well maintained. The pools are great and there are bathrooms on the beach side for guests of MC. Ian and the other guys on the beach, are helpful with chair and umbrella set up. They also have sand toys and beach floats for the kids. Kayak and paddle boards are available for rent right there as well. Thanks again Dawn for everything!

The perfect spot

Our family of 5 enjoyed the condo so much. It was steps to the pool and beach. Has a convenient parking spot. Was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. They have literally thought of everything. Beds were comfy and the condo was spacious and welcoming. We were within walking distance to shops and restaraunts and close driving distance to the village. We loved every minute and will definitely be back!

Dream Vacation

This condo is absolutely beautiful. The pictures don't do it justice. The owner was very helpful and prompt in answering all our questions. It is steps from the beach on the gulf side. And walking distance to restaurants and shops. Definitely a dream vacation.
