I worked very closely with an interrior designer for years and I have a passion for decorating. I love being able to be a part of someone's memories. My parents taught me how to host at a young age, and how to entertain. My summers were spent growing up at the beach visiting my aunt and now I get to carry on a piece of her by being able to host you! My every attempt is to make you as comfortable as possible for a carefree vacation where you can relax and enjoy. My husband and I have always wanted to own property at the beach and we are blessed and grateful we can share it with you!
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is fantastic. It's quaint, quiet, lush and relaxing. Just a couple of houses down is a main road but you feel like you are tucked back in the serenity of peace and tranquility. It's safe, comfortable, and you can walk/ride/run anywhere in the neighborhood. The neighbors are helpful, kind and the area is gorgeous and only a skip from everything. You are 5.8 miles to Siesta Key Beach. And close to downtown, shopping, and nightlife. It is a large front yard and set back from the street.
What makes this property unique
The outdoor area is truly unique and inviting. It has a pergola that has a dining area underneath it and you can cover your dining area, or pull the shade back so you are basking in the sun. You have outdoor couches, a bbq grill, loungers and chairs by your sparkling pool. There is shade where you want it and where you don't. The kids love the pool! You also have coconut, lime, kumquat and barbados cherry trees sourrounding the backyard. There all lights surrounding the house and it is a beautiful tranquil environment to relax and enjoy!
