Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: The first floor features an open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen area with the beachiest of interiors. Whitewashed shiplap and a pair of sunny, yellow chairs join a comfy sofa and bright blue accents for a truly relaxing living room. The kitchen offers generous cabinetry, stylish open shelving, and an island for extra workspace. A farmhouse-style dining table with bench and four dining chairs seats eight for meals or game time. Enjoy each other’s company inside this beachy space or step out onto the breezy front porch.

Upstairs, enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the second-floor deck or head up the spiral staircase to the crow’s nest for spectacular beach and bay views.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: The downstairs master suite includes a king bed with luxurious bedding, a master bath with a walk-in shower and a stand-alone, marble, soaking tub. It’s the perfect retreat for Mom and Dad! On the second floor, a kid’s bedroom sleeps six with three, darling twin beds and trundles, and bean bags and an area to play board games make finish out the space. In addition, a king bedroom features darling painted furniture and fun, sea-inspired accents, and it has private access to the balcony. An amazing Citron-painted, rattan, king-size bed with nautical, blue-and-white bedding is a standout feature in the fourth bedroom.

GREAT FEATURES: The front balcony features a darling swing suspended by thick rope. Every amenity has been thought through for your enjoyment, down to the eclectic radios in each room. Walk to Lake Colby across the street with the family for fishing fun on the fishing pier. Enjoy three community pools – the Dune Pool, Kiera’s Pool, served by C Bar, and the heated pool on Still Water Drive. IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.

Anchors Away is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Anchors Away the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
