About Vacasa, OR - Oregon Coast Office
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

The view was amazing
Cute and cozy.
The view was amazing.
A little dated on the decor, and couch wasn't very comfy. But definitely loved the hottub
A place to return to....
Location, hot tub on deck, premier ocean view, nautical décor, quiet neighbors, fenced yard. Overall nice quaint size for a comfortable laid back feeling for rest and relaxation and close enough to enjoy nearby city shops. We will be returning again :) Sincerely Jan Haller
This house is perfect for 2!!
Nothing I didn't love... and thr view and hpttub cant be beat!
The view was worth all the other oddities and difficulties.
Beautiful view....wonderful hot tub.....
To whom it may concern:
First let me say the view is spectacular.....and the hot tub wonderful!!!
However, when you first open the door the house smells musty (I have allergies so notice distinct smells)...as you proceed into the house the odor seems to worsen. We were fortunate that is was nice so we're able to leave the doors open for several hours. However, the smell remained in the bedroom and the next morning I looked under and behind some of the furniture to locate a cause for the smell.
I noticed then that several of the baseboards that ran along sides of furniture were covered in layers of dust, especially in the bedroom.
Housekeeping doesn't appear to vacuuming behind, beside or under some of the furniture as there were cobwebs, Q Tips, wrappers and food particles...and it looked as if the carpets need to be shampooed at the very least or replaced. Plus on back of bathroom door broken knobs where one could hang wet towels and a broken towel rack simply laying in a vessel in the bathroom.
The electrical outlets in living room and bedroom are so worn that when you plug in electronics into the wall socket they just fall back out.
The lint filter in dryer was full to overflowing and obviously has not been cleaned in some time.
This particular rental certainly isn't up to the standard of other Vacasca rentals I have stayed in. I am disappointed in the upkeep....just because the building itself is old doesn't mean it should be musty smelling and it certainly needed a thorough cleaning and minor repairs. We own several yearly rental homes and understand the work it requires to assure the health and safety of our renters.
Perhaps at the very least you should re-inspect your maintenance polices and make the housekeeping expectations more clearly understood.
We apologize for the issues this guest encountered. We'll get them taken care of!
Wonderful view, well maintained hot tub......interior cleaning could/should be upgraded...
