Two levels for privacy. Enter on the 2nd level. Full remodeled kitchen with ocean views, lanai for whale watching. Living and dining room. 2 bathrooms on the upper level; one ensuite. Remodeled walk-in shower in Master bath. Queen size bedroom/ bathroom ensuite and separate lanai with full kitchen on lower level with separate entrance. Lower-level boasts ocean front master king suite with private access both inside and out. Third bedroom is also ocean front with 2 twin beds. Full bathroom is shared in hall. Walk in shower and full bath ensuite. Each bedroom has televisions and access to Netflix, etc. Ocean Bluff location for the beauty and sound of the water. Ocean views. Full size new laundry appliances.

Amenities include: Pools, 2 Jacuzzis, kids playground, newly resurfaced professional tennis courts, basketball court, Pickle Ball, BBQ areas, bicycles, ocean frontage, pitch and putt golf. Concierge onsite to book all of your vacation needs. Onsite food trucks and meet and greet Mai Tai bar.

Beautiful Hawaiian silk arrangements will greet you, wonderful wall hangings, upgraded furniture, as well as top of the line beds/bedding and toweling for your enjoyment. This non-smoking unit is just as affordable for one person as for 8 persons.

Enjoy whale watching from your ocean side lanais, you will enjoy views as far as your eyes can see and sunsets that are unbelievable until seen. The condominium is "5 star!".

This was a trip with our two youngest (18 and 20) and my wife’s mother (77). The condo was very spacious and extremely well equipped for all our needs, including the kitchen, bathrooms, and beach activities. The resort location has a great pool area, small pop up market, and food trucks. We were very comfortable.The view from the lanai is the highlight, allowing us to watch sunsets while eating dinner.

We love sitting on the lanai and watching the whales jump and the beautiful sunsets. Our condo is a premium location which is in building 9 which is ocean bluff frontage. This allows you privacy and a continuous ocean view.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the simplicity and beauty of the island. The Cliffs is the only resort with the most acreage per unit which means you aren't squished in an apartment like building while on a beautiful island. Our unit is located in an amazing setting, with nothing between you and the ocean except a well manicured lawn. We love watching the whales from the lanai. Our favorite trips are bicycling around the neighborhood to spot the Albatross having their babies, and of course going to the ocean for paddle boarding and swimming. The Cliffs have first class remodeled pools and spas and offer the luxury of doing everything or very little. Tennis, Paddle ball, electric bicycling, kids playground, basketball and pitch and putt golf. Monday night free Mai Tais, Tuesday is the Taco Truck night, Wednesday offers local island grinds, Thursday is wine and beer with Hawaiian entertainment. Pizza truck grinds amazing.

What makes this property unique

All the beaches are open to the public and the restaurants are amazing. One of our favorite restaurants is the Hanalei Gourmet which is 10 minutes down the road in Hanalei. We love to go to the farmers market to buy fresh vegetables and then to the fish market at the Dolphin Restaurant.
