Welcome to Fox Haven, a bright, pristine 1 Bed/1 Bath apartment that sleeps 3-4 adults comfortably and has its own separate lower-level entrance. This lovely and private single-family home is situated on a quiet, dead-end street adjacent to a wooded wildlife preserve. We provide free, unlimited parking, just on the edge of town near the Annapolis Arts District and close to the United States Naval Academy's Stadium.

Explore Historic Annapolis, the Chesapeake Bay, the United States Naval Academy, Washington, DC and the Eastern Shore during your stay. Numerous restaurants are located within walking distance and there's fare to satisfy any preference, including: Seafood, Mediterranean, Italian, American, Local, Thai, Asian Fusion, Small Plates, and more. Shuttle service is available from the nearby Westin Hotel to take you to the heart of downtown in just minutes to enjoy more restaurants, shopping, live music, the historic district, and our famous waterfront.

Your Accommodations: Designed with a mid-century vibe, this 750 square-foot guest apartment is sparkling clean and fully furnished with a well-stocked kitchen, dining/workspace, living room, smart TV, full-size sleeper sofa for an extra guest or two, a pretty bath, comfortable bed linens, and a private patio. This is truly a private oasis that will help make your stay in Annapolis comfortable and memorable.

Your Host: We live in the main house and maintain a quiet presence that ensures privacy during your visit. Extended stays are encouraged!

Children: The apartment is not child-proofed, and the furnishings are more adult-friendly. However, families have stayed here with infants, toddlers, and young children quite easily, and they've especially enjoyed having access to the back yard and woods! Reach out to inquire about how we can meet your family's needs.

Number of Guests: The maximum number of guests that can be accommodated is 4. The apartment most easily fits up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 to 2 children. Four adults have stayed comfortably using the full-size sleeper sofa. Plus, we provide an organic latex mattress topper and nice bed linens to enhance your comfort.

Getting here: Not driving? BWI International Airport, Washington Reagan National Airport, Dulles International Airport and Amtrak all provide convenient ways to reach Annapolis. Once here, expand your horizons beyond Annapolis to visit Washington, DC, which is easily accessible via the Metro system's New Carrollton Station - a 25-minute drive from the apartment and Baltimore's waterfront - only a 30-minute drive.

This is a beautiful, peaceful location! The proximity to restaurants (walkable), downtown Annapolis and to Rt 50 is perfect! The interior is bright and well decorated with plenty of outlets for devices.

Great Spot near downtown Annapolis

This was the perfect spot for us ... well within walking distance for us to the historic downtown area with option of catching a free (purple) shuttle between downtime and a few blocks from teh property. The property was excellent for the two of us ... very clean in a quiet neighborhood with excellent on-street parking. Our Host was outstanding in terms of communication as well as recommendations. Will most definitely stay here again when visiting Annapolis!

Beautiful

The apartment is spacious, well decorated and well maintained. Easy access to all Annapolis has to offer. The host was in the main house and would have been easily accessible if needed but was never intrusive. Thank you for a wonderful 4 night stay in Annapolis.

Such a walkable location!

We came to town for the Naval Academy Commissioning/Graduation! It was our first trip and sharing that nugget with Lenetta was so beneficial. Lenetta has a great guide already put together, but because we were newbies, she shared some great tips for us! She helped us navigate our walks into downtown, shared where to catch the purple shuttle (free), made sure we could get signed in to apps on the tv and helped make sure the apartment was climate comfortable! Just an overall awesome hostess with so many little touches that made our stay so very comfortable. We will definitely stay here the next time we come into Annapolis!

The unit was so clean and we had more than we could ever want/need. Everything was thought of even umbrellas, board games, every kind of bakeware and chilled filtered water. The amenities were plentiful even though weather did not permit us to sit outside. The linens were high end and bed super comfortable. I wish we had more time there to use everything that was supplied. Owner was so helpful and accommodating. I’d love to come back again

A True Gem of an Apartment

Honestly even better than advertised! The owner was warm and friendly upon my brother and I arriving and helpful and friendly during the entire visit. The apartment is beautifully decorated (loved the art!), incredibly clean, and every possible need was accounted for from snacks to toothpaste. The property backs up on a beautiful Creek in a quiet neighborhood hidden right at the edge of downtown. I could not recommend this cozy apartment more highly to any visitors wanting to experience the best that Annapolis can offer!

Three Girlfriends

We had a fantastic long weekend in Annapolis and literally can’t say enough about Lenetta’s apartment. If you appreciate quality and all the small details, you’ll love this unit. Everything is brand new and immaculately clean. You’ll find everything you might want in the kitchen in you plan to cook. If you opt to dine out like we did, Lenetta’s suggestions were perfect! Loved them all - here are a few - Boat Yard crab cakes, Leo’s for dinner and Lighthouse bistro for brunch. If we return to Annapolis, we’ll definitely stay again. Lenetta is a thoughtful and welcoming host!
