About The Owner

Christina and John Lynch own and manage this property. We used to live in the condo prior to having kids...so we can tell you it is a great place to enjoy Annapolis from...and the views aren't bad either.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2001

Why The Owner chose Annapolis

Annapolis is a historic town surrounded by the Chesapeake Bay and Severn River.

It has the amenities of a big town all walkable within the historic district.

Plus, the Naval Academy and St. John's College add culture and excitement to the town.

What makes this condo unique

The view from deck at night is a favorite spot to view Historic Annapolis. Guests of our

condo love the ability to walk out the door and be in the middle of the Historic District.

The Naval Academy and City Dock area are a nice walk down Main Street.

Fabulous location downtown

  • 5 of 5

This is a great roomy condo, so bright and light, and comfortable, with an amazing deck. I rented this for my family from Scotland who visited for my daughter's wedding last weekend. The convenience of being in the heart of downtown was wonderful. I have been telling all my local friends about this rental should they have visitors. The owners, Christina and John were lovely, and couldn't be more helpful. This condo is amazing, highly recommend it to anyone looking for a downtown location steps from Main Street.

Great Weekend!

  • 5 of 5

Christina and John were wonderful! They knew we were arriving very late and had coffee waiting for us to make in the morning. We were visiting our daughter at USNA and we were busy with volleyball matches all weekend. The beds were comfortable and we were close to everything. I recommend this property highly and the owners were wonderful and responsive.

Fantastic location, very clean and owner is very responsive

  • 5 of 5

We were traveling with 2 adults and 4 children, ages 16,12, 7 and almost 2. The apartment had a lot of steps, which was a downside at times but the location to downtown far out weighed the issue of the steps. The apartment is very nicely decorated, kitchen was recently updated with appliances and stocked well for cooking a quick meal. It was great to have linens included, one less thing to bring! The AC had been turned off before we arrived and the owner was very responsive with making sure it was working properly or offering a service call. Great place to stay to be walkable to downtown for shopping and dining. Quick water taxi or walk to Eastport, and Naval Academy is super close as well. We went to DC for the day and it was great to be so close. Other days we met up with friends for dinner and it was so great to just be able to walk and be there is a few minutes. We would definitely stay again!

Nice condo in great location

  • 4 of 5

The condo was perfect for our group. We were back in the area for a wedding on Kent Island, where we used to live and used the time to visit friends in Severna Park. It was convenient and centrally located between our destinations, and we had Annapolis right outside. Parking has the potential to be a hassle, but we were able to find spots within a block. The condo had everything we needed, including a small backyard for our dog to use. We were definitely happy to see that, as there is otherwise very little green space in the immediate vicinity of the condo. The deck would have gotten more use but we were there during a couple of the hottest days of the summer. Definitely recommend the condo.
