About The Owner

Christina and John Lynch own and manage this property. We used to live in the condo prior to having kids...so we can tell you it is a great place to enjoy Annapolis from...and the views aren't bad either.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2001

Why The Owner chose Annapolis

Annapolis is a historic town surrounded by the Chesapeake Bay and Severn River.

It has the amenities of a big town all walkable within the historic district.

Plus, the Naval Academy and St. John's College add culture and excitement to the town.

What makes this condo unique

The view from deck at night is a favorite spot to view Historic Annapolis. Guests of our

condo love the ability to walk out the door and be in the middle of the Historic District.

The Naval Academy and City Dock area are a nice walk down Main Street.

Nice condo in great location

  • 4 of 5

The condo was perfect for our group. We were back in the area for a wedding on Kent Island, where we used to live and used the time to visit friends in Severna Park. It was convenient and centrally located between our destinations, and we had Annapolis right outside. Parking has the potential to be a hassle, but we were able to find spots within a block. The condo had everything we needed, including a small backyard for our dog to use. We were definitely happy to see that, as there is otherwise very little green space in the immediate vicinity of the condo. The deck would have gotten more use but we were there during a couple of the hottest days of the summer. Definitely recommend the condo.

Comfortable condo in ideal location

  • 5 of 5

My husband, son and i recently visited our daughter and son-in-law in Annapolis. We stayed in this great condo for 4 nights. Not only was it perfect for walking to shops, restaurants and the Naval Academy, but a wonderful place to hang out and visit. We walked to restaurants for dinner, but also enjoyed cooking in and sitting around on the rooftop deck and on the large, comfy living room couch. The layout was perfect, with master bedroom/bathroom upstairs, including tons of closet space and TV; two additional bedrooms and separate bathroom downstairs. The owners were very responsive and flexible with our check-in, check-out needs, which was greatly appreciated. No parking except for expensive lots, but we did not have a car so this was not an issue. One does not need a car in this location. We walked everywhere.

perfect location and great accommodations!

  • 5 of 5

We just returned from a girls' getaway weekend in Annapolis and truly enjoyed staying at this fantastic rental. The owners were pleasant to deal with and the rental process was seamless. The location of this rental is absolutely perfect, right off of Main Street. We walked EVERYWHERE! Loved the rooftop deck, where we sat each night with cocktails. One note of caution...there are several flights of stairs to climb to get into this rental so beware if you have orthopedic hip or knee issues. But overall, I would highly recommend this rental if you are planning a stay in Annapolis!

The condo was very nice!

  • 4 of 5

The condo, furniture, appliances were very good. The back deck was very big and a major plus. We spent a lot of time out there. The location being in the down town area was good for walking to restaurants, shops and the Naval Academy.

Parking is a hassle and expensive, especially if you need to go somewhere you cannot walk to. Lots of stairs. Not a problem for us, but could be for someone with health issues.
